It works well. It is not recording. It does provide a live feed at the moment. To record, I've got a memorycard installed. However, it is still waiting to be auto-recorded. Another problem is the fact that it runs constantly in the background. All the reviews and advice I have given to developers are appreciated. Although the app is full of potential, it's not perfect.

Great app so far. The ad mentioned that the motion detector can record short segments when movement is detected. I have yet to find out how to setup it or where it could be found. It's still a mystery to me. Fix the spelling of the "pretect", on the encryption message, on the viewing screen. You need to change it to "protect".

It no longer displays stills after the latest update. It is frustrating to have to look at each alert and decide if I am wasting my time. It has become almost impossible for me to view any alert clips, even though I have tried. Even with multiple wifi connections, the video will keep reloading.

The app has been with me since December 2018, and it's not working for me. It doesn't record any settings despite my best efforts. I can stand right in front of the device and it won't detect me. The notifications are useless. in the last 5 months I've gotten 3 push notifications/alerts. Also, recording alerts can only record 30-40% of my time.

Everything works fine except for the recording function, which is the most critical part. The camera won't accept the SD cards that I tried, even though they were formatted using the app. The record function was enabled and it detects motion, but nothing is captured. It is a real shame, as that was my one complaint.

Although the camera was simple and easy to use after a few months, night vision has started to malfunction. Sometimes there is no visual at all. It is a big problem as it was used in my 2-year-old daughter's bedroom to track her sleep and alert me if she wakes during the night.

Cloud functions don't work. After trying several times, I still cannot record to the cloud. I paid for continuous recording, but it doesn't work. The latest app (from the website) breaks alert functions and no longer provides alerts. needs better software development. Better build quality. It doesn't really matter how much the price goes up, so long as it works. I have to make the move to ezviz for now.

The app freezes every time a fly passes your camera. When I attempted to view back, my car was damaged. It won't let me even though it has the alerts. Sometimes, you can look. The whole point of having video footage is important. The app needs to be improved. It is very annoying when the server goes down.

This is one of my worst experiences with an app. The cameras were great. Before the update the app would freeze. You could force stop it and it would restart for about a week. However, now it just freezes all the time. I tried reset everything. Please put back the older app so that I can access the cameras.

This camera was originally purchased to monitor our foster dogs. Although the live feed is fine, motion detection and recording don't work. The SD card was installed at the right specifications and we received absolutely no results. There were no recordings or push notifications. It's ineffective.

Motion recordings no longer show still shots since the update. To see the recording, I have to tap on it. This is often frustrating as it's only a bird passing by. It did not record my husband opening his garage door and walking by the camera.

Two cameras are set up. They worked great. But now, one says that it is offline. It won't let me reset it. I tried holding down the button, but nothing happened. The red light stays steady. It is instructed to ensure that it blinks. It doesn't tell you what to do if the blinking stops. Please help.

This is really cool. This app came along with my Ebay camera. I have 2 of these cameras and while the software and camera are not 100% reliable, they can be set up with patience. Once it is done, there are no issues and you are able to rest assured. About 720p security camera setup with 40MB memory and microSD for $120AUD. It works well. There are some bugs, but the devs have been fixing them regularly. Update once per month, for example. We are very grateful.

Disconnects constantly from the network. It is not a network problem. This is the only device that causes this problem in your house! It is not necessary to reconfigure your camera every day. It is currently not connected. This is not an issue with the network and it should not be a problem with any other devices in your home. This camera is not recommended. Amazon review will be available.

What can I say? The camera was configured in 5 minutes. It was installed in less than an hour. The only problem is that it won't send me 4g alerts. It refuses to transmit alerts even though I've tried to re-boot it three times, changed my sd card grade to higher and gone through every setting 10 times. If i'm at home, it will notify me via my WiFi. What's the point?
