This software is very bad and the translations are also poor. The whole purpose of the service is to make you pay more for chinese-based cloud services. You will have to pay more for the functionality that has been lost.

It works like a charm. All the necessary features are available: Cloud storage, local storage and camera controls. Although the menus may not be very user-friendly, I was able to find everything I wanted after just a few minutes of digging.

Although the camera is only $20 (IHOUMI), it works well enough, but each new update makes things worse. The firmware and software updates have been ineffective. Replay has stopped working since the latest update. It seems that another attempt was made to make users move to the cloud. It worked for five months, which is shameful. Updated 3/11/22. To force cloud subscriptions, the SD card features were further reduced. I am looking for a brand new camera manufacturer

This app is amazing. They have added many new features with each update.

It seems that the memory card section has disappeared from the menu. You can no longer use it. They want you to sign up for the cloud storage.

It does not record any movement except for when it senses it. You can only view the 10 second video, and it will be available for 48 hours unless you subscribe. These aren't cheap cameras; basic things should work for free. I have a memorycard for recording, and it is not being recorded, even though it is full.

App works with my IP camera but, although there is an empty 8GB microsd inside, it only auto records around 10 seconds when motion alerted...why it is not recording as much as the motion continues ?there is no option in app setup to arrange this for longer limitless recording...Developers need to add this to setup menu

The recommended 64gb SD Card is sufficient for 10 seconds of video recording. This can be a problem if there's an intruder. This camera is a complete waste of money and useless for just a 10 second recording. Please, how can the app record full motion? The camera was sent back. There is no email support or help available to resolve the issue. A 10 second video recording will not be of any use.

Supereye Camera interface works great with it. Although I had some issues setting up my second phone, customer service was great and they helped me very fast.

Excellent app. It works exactly as intended. Since 10/2020 I've had three cameras, all of which work perfectly. You don't have to purchase cloud storage. Just install a memory stick, as the description clearly indicates.

Fix your app. The camera is constantly going offline even though I'm on the same network with the device. Multiple times had to reset the camera.

10-second motion recording. This allows a car to drive by the porch and pull around, then it stops. The porch doesn't record for another 10 seconds. The best camera software to help burglars break into a home. All they have to do is wait for ten seconds. It's a waste of money. Arguably, a fake 5.99 decoy camera should have been brought.

This app deserves a rating of 0 stars. This app is a joke. The camera installation with the app is difficult. It finally arrived after being in service for a while and was advised to update the app.. Now my camera will no longer connect. It was difficult to get on the roof when it rains to remove camera and reinstall. I spent 5 hours climbing on roof while wet. The customer service department is not equipped to assist anyone. Be aware, customers!

These 2 cameras have been with me for over a year. I have never had any problems until now. After using 5G, it now says it doesn't support 5G.

There is a lot of delay between the phone and the camera. The app can take a lot of time to load camera devices.
