Connects to my camera but not with the software. It is not the problem with the camera, but the software. The same camera works fine with both the iOS and Windows versions of Axis Companion software. After about 10 seconds of video footage, audio stops. However, if you save a clip all audio will be present. For a very long time, this bug has been an issue. Although fullscreen mode doesn't actually take up all of the screen, it does allow for status bars and titles to be displayed. This view doesn't allow you to zoom in on feeds, and there are many black bars that take up space. In the grid view, pinch-to-zoom would work for each feed.

It used to work but after an update, it stopped connecting to my camera. Uninstalling/reinstalling/cache etc brought no fix. Companion works well from computers. I'm tired of trying. It seems stupid to deprecate their old perfectly good cameras, even the 4k models. The app versions were also separated. It's a real pain.

02/21/22 - Are Companion Classic servers offline? I am lowering 1 star as my M-1054 and 1054 have stopped logging into Synology V. via Companion since January 1st. These work well with Synology. 4/02/22: Yesterday all was well, today they "can't communicate with any cameras". They work one minute, then stop working 10 minutes later. The same with Companion for PC. It is so frustrating! I had more issues in the past three months than any other time over the previous 8 years. Are you planning to Obsolescence? ?

Recording is not working when power goes off and then comes on again. The computer will no longer record unless I turn it on to reset the way it records. It was never necessary to do this, so I don't have to. If I need to use it, it is an inconvenience and a problem. There is also no recording.

It was a nightmare setting up the camera app on mobile. It took me more than 10 hours to set up the mobile app. Web browser access is fine. It does not appear like a mobile application for an $800 camera.

On multi-camera view, it is not possible to order the cameras. It is impossible to arrange the camera order on the multi-cam view. This holds true especially for customers who have multiple sensor pano cameras. Q3708). It is an issue with both the Android and Android TV apps.

It works great. The Android app works much better than the iOS and PC apps. Android calls are instantaneously received, showing caller video and door RTE. The sound quality is excellent and reliable unlike iOS or PC apps.

I was unable to connect my Chromecast with Google TV. The directions don't correspond, but I found the Chromecast button on the (phone version), select Chromecast and a screen appears. No devices are displayed.

It works great, is easy to use, and has a slow interface. However, it can be confusing as to what dynamic dns are doing. Although tinyCam Pro is great for viewing live video, it's not the best way to remotely view recorded video.

It was a terrible use of my time. It is possible to access the camera via a browser. However, the app says that the cameras are not available on the network. I gave up about half an hour later.

Oneplus 5T Android 10 is running. The problem is that someone rings my doorbell (axis AE8105-E). When my screensaver/lock switch is turned on, I will not receive any notifications. It immediately notifies me when I unlock the phone. It works perfectly on an older oneplus one phone running android 6.0.1. It would be great if someone could look into this with the Axis team.
