If you're interested in using Brightspace Pulse on your PC or Mac, you may be wondering how to download the app and get started. Fortunately, there are many resources available online that can guide you through the process similar to this article.

Brightspace Pulse App For Windows

It's not bad at all! It's great for checking your grades and getting announcements about class. You can also view your class progress. Many other features just redirect to the website. I do not mind that, aside from the fact the site doesn't support dark mode.

Poor design of exam taking. It is located right next to the "next” button. I have seen it myself, as well as many classmates who accidentally hit submit instead of next during exams. We lost points, and could not take it again. You should also be able go back and answer questions from the past. Poor design.

If it wasn't for recent glitches, I would give this app 5 stars. It has been saying that I am not connected to the Internet to monitor my progress during my classes for the past few days. Edit: This app is great for students online who don't have access to the internet in order to view their grades or assignments. The calendar displays a graph in real time of the assignments that you have completed, and disappears when it is done. This was a great feature. This gives you a sense of achievement.

This app is beautiful. The app is easy to use, reliable and simple. It sends me push notifications so that I know when assignments have been graded and if there is an announcement. The app is easy to use once you have learned how D2L works on the computer. Although I don't use the app for submissions, it is a good reference tool. It serves as my reference tool and keeps me up-to-date. Computers are more useful for submissions, as I am able to edit with the programs I prefer and run tests over reliable internet connections.

My grades have improved since I downloaded this app. It helps me keep track of my coursework. This app is essential for online students. It is no longer a problem for me to forget about assignments and get lost on due dates. It doesn't always show the entire course work (like weekly quizzes), so it is important to have a backup schedule. Google calendar offers reminders and color-coded scheduling. This app is transforming my student performance. We are grateful!

This app is great for schoolwork on the move! It also shows me a calendar with due dates and reminds me of them. It's not a 5-star because of the lag, and sometimes it can look strange and difficult to view assignments from your phone. It would be great to have the ability to link my calendar with my Google Calendar, but it is not yet possible.

This program has helped me to see in-class lectures and to get helpful tips when I was writing papers or accessing prior research. It is hard for me as a detail-oriented person to understand a lot of concepts. This program provided examples of past concepts that I was exposed to when I started college in the fall semester 2013. It was D2L before the brightspace pulse.

It is very easy to keep in touch with your instructor and course instructors. This app allows you to take tests and quizzes. Although it is small, the convenience of this app makes your life easier. Each time something is published, I receive notifications. It helps me keep track of everything I have to do. You can see the due dates on a calendar. That option is my favorite.

There has never been a better app to help me with college classes. The modules and assignments are organized well and easily found. The app organizes all your tasks into a calendar. A graph shows the work required and when it should be completed. This app has been a great help in college. I've never had any issues.

Overall, I love the app. It helps me keep track of what is due and when. It would be nice if the app could control the time it sends out notifications regarding due assignments. Notifying me 30 minutes prior to the due date doesn't help. I also wish it wouldn't notify me if the assignment has been marked as completed.

Two changes were made that proved to be extremely helpful. 1. Each class is color coded. It would have been much more convenient if you could choose the colors. I already selected my notebooks, pens, etc. to organize and match myself. However, the colors in the app don't line up and some even overlap with each other (even though I only take five classes). This would be difficult to correct, however clicking on an assignment in the app or the web will mark it as completed on your pulse list. So stuff is missed

This app is okay. Since the start of semester, however, I've not been able sign in to any of my accounts. The app screen turns white when I try to sign in. It then goes black again until I close it and open it again. The app is not very helpful.

It makes life so easy. However, it could use some improvement. Apart from the discussions threads, I'd like to have a forum where I could communicate with professors and fellow students. Perhaps a chat room or a "addressbook", with phone and email numbers. This could help people who are struggling or help them move forward. Participation should not be required.

It does its job and isn't too complicated. You will find that Pulse makes your classes run more smoothly, particularly if you are a frequent visitor. Please do away with the swipe to reveal feature for grades. This is not a game and doesn't make the experience more exciting. I would rather see my grade and continue with my day. Thank you for your consideration. :)

It works great! This interactive map shows you the course shell. It also serves as a platform for grade updates and announcements. It relies on links from the website. The integration felt seamless to me. I love the Grade Updated notification. It makes it easy to slide to view the grade. This is exciting. D2L is great when professors are able to take full advantage of it's features. This also applies to the way your courses appear in Pulse.
