Clever Dog for PC

Version 3.2.3.1000. My saved images are no longer visible after the latest update. I would love to be able to go back to previous versions. All the cameras were unplugged and then I plugged them in again. No improvement. It didn't help. I tried to delete a camera, then re-add it. All the cameras detect motion and send alerts, but no images are showing up. Only grey placeholders can be seen. You can view live video.

The camera is very good. Night vision works well. Sound is decent. However, it is a hassle to get the camera connected. After a while, the WiFi stopped working and I was unable to get an ip. It was still working after I switched it on over night. I tried again and it finally worked, but it had a different power source. It is now set up, and it functions very well.

It works most of the times. The camera triggers when the lights in my lounge/dining room turn on/off while I'm sleeping. It still works on the last setting. It doesn't cost anything to store data in the "cloud", I just use a memory stick. It is essential to have your device connected to the internet and keep it charged up as there's no backup battery. UPDATE: July 2019 The app now says that the camera is offline. You can click this message to see the live view in real-time. Click on the microphone or speaker to turn it off.

I wasn't certain what rating I should give. Although it's wonderful when the app works, which is about 75% the majority of the time, I don't get any notifications when there are movements. So it defeats the purpose. It's possible that my notifications have stopped working because of the fact that I don't update it with my partner. It will be fixed, I hope. The developer replied that I'm not receiving banner notifications, but I get alerts when I open the app.

It hasn't been working since the latest update. There is no live view or playback. It crashes every time you try to open it. It renders them useless and a costly waste of time. This was a shockingly low level of customer service, with no communication from the company. I'd give it zero stars.

It doesn't appear to be able to hear the audio from the phone, but it can through the speaker. Also, the screen recorder doesn't seem to work if you want to capture audio. The screen recorder doesn't capture the audio, only the image. It would be wonderful if you could correct one of these. I need to be able save clips for whatever reason. We are grateful.

It doesn't seem to work when I try to install the smart dog camera. The device is found, and it asks me for my password. It won't let me continue setting up the device. I can't connect to my device and go back to "find new device". None of the suggestions I've read (in the comments below), helped me. The problem is not in the network settings, it is the app. The camera won't recognize that the device is connected properly to it. It worked through my iPad's iOS app. The rest of the app has been working fine since that time. It doesn't install, which is crucial in an app-based product.

A Clever Dog camera was purchased a few years back. It took 3 pictures every motion detected. Since the latest update, it takes only 1, making it ineffective for identifying an intrusion. It only shows the door opening and nothing else. There is no obvious setting that will bring up 3 more photos. I had intended to purchase more photos, but will not now.

These cameras were great. I purchased 2 and they have been with me for about 10 months. They worked perfectly up to a week ago. Updated to the latest version, the app no longer shows the motion detection/capture images. This was an important function of the camera, and has been disabled. These cameras can now be used as live streaming devices. If you are looking for a motion detector camera that can save images and notify you, DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA.

Although the camera is amazing, it doesn't work with this app. The app drops out every time I try to play SD video, even though it is only 3m away from my home router. There are many spinning wheels. Bardi CCTV is 200% more efficient than my friend's.

No buffering. Fast WIFI network. Very close to the router. When I use online storage it loads very slowly. SD cards work better. However, if you don't wait for a while before clicking on feeds or moving between cams (I have two), the connection fails to occur. It may refresh and then reconnect, but this should always work the first time. Sometimes, I need to close the app and then reopen it. Send me the test sheets, I will do it and send them back.

Utilitarian - This device has not been used in a while. I had 3 cameras installed at my house and have recommended it to many of my friends. The system has become completely inoperable. It keeps telling me that the "Clever Dog App not Working" error message when I attempt to view live video. It still won't let me view live video. I tried three times to reset the cameras and reinstall the app. It is disappointing that the new software now relies on 5G or superfast broadband. PLEASE FIX THE ISSUE AS SOON COMING AS POSSIBLE.

It used to send alerts, but now the photos are not viewable ...... I have four cameras and bought cloud storage. This works exactly as it did before. The app seems to have been updated so that you must purchase the online storage .... to access the basic functions. I hope this is wrong.

App useless. It worked perfectly. While setting up the cam, I received notifications. However, once the camera was up, no further notifications were sent. The options within the app are now unavailable so the cam can't do any action. The app does not receive any notifications. The sdcard records the data, but not the app. It doesn't store what it records without the SD card. There is no option to save it to the cloud. It means that I must take out the SD card every time I need to view what is on it.

This was a great camera at the beginning, but it started to have issues after several months. It kept asking for initialization of my memory card. The camera stopped connecting to my WiFi after a few months. I tried turning it off and reinstalling, but it still wouldn't go online. Thank you
