Cornerstone Learn App For Windows

While I'm able to watch videos and take the tests, it is a different story. Mobile friendly is not an option when I try to take the test. It requires me to touch certain parts while trying to read what I am doing. Zoom isn't working. I can zoom, but it won't allow me to pan to other parts of the screen. I have a Galaxy Note 10 and can still not push the right entries or read the screen.

There are no instructions on how to access and download the app. Google incorrectly identifies the device to which it should be loaded, and there is no way to correct this error. It appears that the program cannot be run on a laptop. Even large-screen smartphones can't read training screens and operate them properly. If I could, I would rate it lower than 1

It was difficult to start, but it worked. The instructions could have been clearer and more thorough. Screen pauses and freezes a lot. You have to go back to Launch or Resume over and again. Training seemed good. Photographic quality was excellent. The presenters were clear and articulate. The first couple of modules started slow. The speed picked up towards the end but they still had to stop and pause at times. The last couple saw a message that they could click to open training if it was not opening. It was helpful

The app is great, but the UI is poor. Please enable full-screen mode when you are learning. Because of the font size, video takes up almost half of your screen. You will feel pain in your eyes if you continue learning for more than 20 minutes.

It is a great way to retain what you have been taught. However, as with all training courses, there are some bugs in how you take the test segments. For example, you may not be able to log the information you have just completed. It is a great course.

A mobile platform that allows you to access all files necessary for education is a great comfort. It can be a little daunting not to have all the files. It's still a great app and one that I really need.

It's a useless app. I just got a new smartphone and downloaded it, but the app won't let me login. I get an error message that says I have invalid credentials. I also can't reset my pin or password. There aren't any instructions.

Great app, but it can't display training videos correctly formatted. Videos don't appear on fullscreen, you have to scroll down the page.

The train took 2 to 3 hours. My wifi is working great and I get excellent reception, but videos just keep stopping. Buffering. They don't close when i finish them. Say i didnt finish. This has been going on for more than 5 hours. This has been a long time. I would love to be paid. It needs to be fixed. To complete half of the videos, I had to watch them again. Was a waste of valuable time and a loss for the company I work for.

I spent a good hour training and then took three hours to finish some of the courses. A constant loading screen is a recipe for disaster. You will need to start over. I mean it does work, but not for somebody with limited time.

The Training Module could be updated. Ex. Training Diad zooms out and in during training. Clearer instructions are needed for the agenda and general training. Starting with registration, moving on to progress, and finally completing the training. Manually updating the completed training was necessary. It seems like data usage is excessive. However, there is still potential.

So far, I haven't had to deal with any technical issues. This app is a fantastic way to keep up with training while on the move. It's a shame that the phone screen is so small that visuals can be blurred. Although it is a wonderful addition to the desktop version, it will not replace it.

It takes me a long time to complete the questions because I have large fingers. This app can be downloaded only to your smartphone, and not onto a tablet or laptop. It makes it more difficult to finish the course.

Perhaps a different experience, but we are not fond of the training courses. It can be confusing to navigate. Your company can use some very unique features.

Watching videos. At the end, video stopped. There aren't any exit buttons to get to next video. To exit Cornerstone, I had to re-boot the phone and sign in again. Numerous videos had problems and there was no exit at the end.
