You can only move one month back by tapping the birthdate field in your register screen. To reach your birthday, you will need to tap 40*12 480 times. It was so bad that it made me doubt the app's ux. I decided to stop there.

Inadequate feedback on uploading and a complex-looking medical interface. It makes very little sense once you start to use it. It's the most frustrating user experience I have ever seen. This reminds me of an old app. This is why Novo Nordisk recommends this garbage.

Although it seems to work, I would prefer a widget that allows you to view live CGM values directly from your daughter's set-up instead of opening an app every time. It's pretty useless because Abbott has blocked uploads via BT and m-USB cables from Libre meters so they can push people towards their LibreView app. I'm sure it's Abbott's fault – you can still upload data as Swedish/Norwegian customers can. Tidepool is able to upload Libre2 and Libre3 but Abbott can't. This makes Tidepool look even more shady than the health providers, esp. The NHS UK wants to allow all manufacturers to upload their meters into one system.

It's dissapointing! The diasend uploader for my computer does not support the new freestyle libre serial numbers. This app can be used to upload your libre results to diasend until an updated is available. It DOES NOT WORK. It displays a message saying that NFC is not available and can't be uploaded. You can't ignore the NFC message, contrary to what diasend says. Without NFC, it will not work. Diasend provided poor customer service.

It suddenly stops sinning with freestyle libre. It's my second time using it. It was still the same problem after 2 years. Disappointing. Update. Update. Thank you for your prompt response.

This app is a joke. It would be impossible for me to use any other app to check my daughter's blood sugar. It has so many problems that I don't know why CamAPS uses it. It is slow to load and doesn't automatically update your BG so it takes you forever. This is exactly what you do not need to increase the diabetes management burden.

Because I couldn't turn off the nfc permission for this app, I had to remove it. I was unable to use LibreLink for NFC by default. It is not something I want. After linking LibreView to Diasend, I wanted an app that would allow me to quickly access data. This app would benefit from a wider dashboard.

NFC does not work with Glucomen Aero 2K. It is quite shocking that the doctor who changed my prescription and signed me up to Diasend did not change my mind and the product does not work. My doctor can't remotely review my results, so I can still use other apps. How much is the NHS recommending that a product doesn't work? You can't test the app on the marketplace and then fix it later. You are affecting people's lives!

It is annoying that this app can't be used unless you have NFC on your phone! Otherwise, it would have been great! It could be used with Bluetooth or infrared, which most people already have on their smartphones. Perhaps this is a future idea?

Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus and a glucomenareo 2k. The app won't work via NFC. It looks great, but I wish it could connect to my meters. It is a waste of time

My PDM cannot be connected via Bluetooth and wi-fi. My PDM is not picking up despite me trying everything. Is it supposed to be easy? It's not.

Freestyle Libre has helped me reduce my Accu-Chek Mobile usage. However, I wanted a way to consolidate all of my data. Diasend now does this. Diasend imported my entire historical data from my old Glucomenareo meter, which means that there was no data loss. It is great. 5*

Diasend is a great company and I am very disappointed that Abbott has decided to stop the link starting 20 January 2020. This timeline is very useful, and LibreView doesn't allow you to do that. Abbott has not responded to my complaints twice. They don't seem to understand my problem.

It's a great way to view information on my Omnipod. However, it doesn’t offer all of the same features as the web version, but it has what it needs.
