I have been trying for weeks to get my camera to connect. Although I can find the camera in connection, it doesn't connect after entering the password and Wi-Fi name. I keep getting an error message saying that the connection failed or was timed out. The problem persists despite me trying different devices.

It's either hit or miss. My first experience with a smart camera was in 2010. Even though my provider throttled me, I was able to see the images using my mobile data from my smartphone. It was pointed out my driveway window. It was triggering alerts every day. When a car drives by on the street, it sends me an alert. But when I pull into my driveway, there is no notification. It is difficult to tell the difference between hardware and app, so I bought the best smart cams that I could afford.

It is detected in my security software and considered malware. This app can inject its code into other applications to infect them and installs other programs at will without you consent. This was always a false negative. However, after using every antivirus program and speaking to experts, I realized that this developer could be writing viruses and taking your information. They can even see what your camera sees. Scary. This app was too scary. I removed it and purchased a new security camera.

It seems like everything has gone wrong since the UK's clocks were changed. Times on camera loop 28/10. The SD card must be reinstalled frequently and messages (pictures) can not be viewed on the app. In 3 days, the app went from being a great home security tool to completely useless.

It is not the same software as clever dog, but it takes only one picture instead of three with clever dog. It takes a while for the recording to start and the motion sensor to be activated.

It worked for 30 minutes, but then it said that the camera couldn't be connected to. Camera works fine if it is within 1 meter of the phone. If further, it will not connect. The menu could be simpler and more intuitive.

Factory Battery claims it can last one year with a full charge. Won't even last a week. All the time, Wifi goes down. It won't reset or restart. China Express D-working quality

The camera worked fine. I also tried 2 way audio. My dog could hear me at work the first day. This was great as she was an avid chewer. But after that, the 2way audio stopped working and it is still not clear why. Do you have any ideas? PPPLLLLEEEAAASSSSEEEE

Android 10 does not support Doorbell Video Pop Up. After complaining for several months, I emailed support and was able to communicate with Shirley. She said that nothing has been done. The wired doorbell I purchased is no better than the standard one. They are a complete waste of money and will not refund my money. Cleverdog is the same app. Absolutely junk.

It is absolutely terrible. The camera I purchased from Amazon does not work. It will not stay connected via WiFi and will not allow me to connect to my smartphone to it through this apo. The camera will be returned to me.

It used to be working fine, but the update has stopped connecting it so this is a total waste of money. It just wouldn't connect. I spent hours trying. It destroyed a great app.

The microphone option was functioning perfectly, but suddenly it disappeared. It is possible to explain, or even return it to the previous version.

The 2 cameras could no longer connect to the WiFi after I updated them. After the update, they were locked to Zoom when I first got them up and running. I cannot see the 180 degree view.

This app was five stars, but I no longer receive notifications so I have to give it two stars. If I didn't sit down and take in every second, minute and hour, I wouldn't know if anything had happened.

All went well, but playback video went slowly. Can you change the playback speed to normal instead of slow?
