You've created a mess of an app already difficult to use. There are tons of undescriptive icons, multiple levels of navigation and zero UX design. Is there a button that will playback the most recent minutes from the camera? ?

It is unnecessary to know my location. App can function with or without my location. The app should not be able to spy on me. I would like the app to monitor my property. It's really easy, isn't it? Access to internet and storage are the only requirements for this app.

Update erased my saved devices. When I tried to add it back in, it appeared once but now doesn't. It tried to add it but said it was not available. Please fix.

It has been updated and I now have problems with my cameras. I've tried many times to reset them and they still don't work. It worked perfectly until the update! Thank you for everything

I went to go back in time last week to see if someone attempted to enter our home. But, when I got there, all icons had been changed. I can't get past the current date and hour. This was easy before. How can I help? Help me in simple terms.

It was a great app, but it is no longer working! Since the last update, I cannot find my DVR in the device manager tab. When I try again to scan the qr code, the system says that it already exists in the app. However, there is nothing in my device manager. Please fix it! !

This is a one star rating. It doesn't work on my tablet or Nvidia Shield TV. There is no way to turn it off portrait mode on these devices. You only get several inches of screen in the ecbtwr. This needs to be fixed.

Great app, but it has stopped working after I upgraded to Android version 9. It works on my apple iphone however.

New update: App suckers Can't play back recorded video. The problem of not connecting always appears. It is the same thing as gdmss.

The phone was fine, until I upgraded to Samsung Note20 Ultra with Dual Bandwidth. This means that the camera cannot be operated offsite.

After updating to Android 9, it doesn't function. Device Add screen disappears as soon as you touch the screen to connect to your device.
