Entrust IdentityGuard Mobile App For Windows

Although I generally like this app, the interface has changed. The app is no longer visible on my homescreen. I must open the play store to access it. The app disappeared without my knowledge. I received an email with an explanation, however, it's now a pain to use. It is impossible to reinstall the program, even if it were possible.

It was a horrible experience. It authenticates me quickly for both my Work Email and Teams App. It makes my OnePlus 8 smartphone extremely unstable. Every 15 minutes, my phone crashes. For months, I could not figure out why my phone was crashing every 15 minutes. The problem did not go away after I tried hard-resetting my phone several times. The phone was finally replaced and the apps were installed one at a time. Everything is back to normal after I went to Entrust.

The app works well, but its user interface/UX could use some improvement. To delete an existing token, for example, you shouldn't have to click on the three dots menu in the upper right corner of the screen. It's confusing. It should be possible to remove an existing token by going to the Edit screen. The QR code scanner is slow and imprecise. Comparatively, scanning a QR code using other apps like WhatsApp or Google Camera is lightning fast.

The app worked perfectly up until I reset my phone. Now that I've reinstalled all the apps, I cannot get the ID code to pass. I don't know what I did wrong, but I find it so confusing.

I have not received any SMS. It was stating that the SMS Passcode had been reset, but it isn't working after I set it up.

The app can cause major instability on the device it is installed. Many worm holes exist. The support team is not responsive and they seem to like the security problems this app creates. my device switched between versions 9-12 and 13; permissions changed on the app, which does not correspond to what was listed prior to installation. The app is extremely dangerous.

This update can be very difficult to use. You will need to start the app again. The last version was far more user-friendly.

The first line of code has been wrong since the update. It takes a while for the code to be generated. It is very annoying. It also shows the entire keypad, even though it is just pin.

This update removes the widget feature. This widget is no longer useful. It should be restored. The back button is not working in the latest version of the widget (24 February 2022).

UPDATE: I just received the latest update. After a painful process of reconnecting everything, I discovered that the widget had been deleted. The widget has been removed, I'll repeat it again. The UI has become even worse. It is a terrible app. Original review: Although the app is functional, it has terrible UI. After a small delay, the numbers only roll over 1 digit at time. You can either get rid of this cutesy rollover as it is annoying and distracting to the user experience or make it an option in your settings. The widget is also on a transparent background that cannot be changed. The widgets all allow the user to choose a background color and transparency. Make this app more useful than cute by hiring UI professionals.

This is the problem with my last update. It is not possible to copy or open my ID if the pin has been inserted twice. It doesn't work.

Update: The problem is now fixed. Now the app works great! The latest update may be causing problems. You will need to wait for the refresh of the app before you can use any code that appears. It was annoying fast.

App crashed suddenly after it had been working since July. The app freezes everytime I try to activate it with my serial number or code. This is extremely frustrating and time-consuming. If anyone has any ideas or can provide a solution, I would be grateful.

It doesn't make sense. I don't have any access to this app so why would I require a token? It's really irritating.

Buggy update. Yestersay, it was updated. Now my passcode doesn't update every time I open it. The passcode has to be expired before the next code will become valid. This needs to be fixed.
