Flagstar Bank for PC

This bank was not the right choice for me. After Wells Fargo had sold my accounts, I was forced to change to this bank. After trying to log in, I received a message saying there was an update. It didn't work online again. The moment it is possible, I will switch banks. You should make sure your app works properly before taking over accounts you don't have.

Android does not have fingerprint authentication like iOS. Why is this happening? The app has stopped working for me. It keeps prompting me to update. I click on update to take me to the Google Play Store. The only options available are to uninstall and open. It prompts me to update by asking me to click open. It's very annoying. It doesn't happen on iOS.

It's amazing! I thought it impossible to dislike something worse than their website. But their app will not let me login. The app keeps telling me that my username and password are incorrect. But, I can log in to their site using the same UN/PW. It works! According to other reviews, it seems that I would not be satisfied even if I could log in. Chase, thank you for selling me my account! This is what I got! So that I can no longer deal with them, I might refinance my house.

It said that your app needed an update when it tried to open it for the first-time. It tried to update but it was not able to. I tried opening the app again and the screen said there was an update. So, the app is now inoperable. Flagstar to Wells Fargo has changed my mind. If these issues persist, I may change banks.

Your mobile app is not working at 3:00 PM. The app is current and I do not need to make any changes. However, it continues to give me the message that the app needs to be updated. We'll go to the bank if my father can't access the website. By the way, I will be changing to another bank. They'll offer 24 hour customer support and I expect to receive a faster transfer to allow me to bank quicker. If you aren't looking for the hassle, former Wells Fargo customers should consider switching to mobile banking. It is my only way of banking so if it doesn't work, I won't use it.

This app was not something I wanted to install. So far, my experience has been great. Mobile deposits were easy and everything that I had hoped for in a banking app.

Fingerprint authentication could be used, just like any 2FA app. Also, cannot do mobile deposits. Although support is aware of the problem, the developers don't want to address it.

This app is not available to you. Because it requires you to upgrade, the sign-in page won't be displayed. After I clicked "open", I was sent to "please update" where I had to click "update". It keeps going around. It can be very frustrating.

This App was great before the changes. It is currently not functioning. But, I do have patience and will use this until the problem is resolved. Flagstar needs to work together as I am aware that many people depend upon this App. Be patient, people. All the complaining is useless. This is what they are doing.

Your app may be more of a 3-star, but honestly I rate it 5 since so many people seem to have neglected their mail and now bombard you with calls... slowing down the entire process. You have my best wishes for the upgrade... It's urgent that you fix it!

You're making progress, so there will be mistakes. However, it would be nice to hear some public announcement other than that we are having issues. It hasn't been available all day, and it's not possible to access the homepage. After being forced to switch banks because of my choice to attend a Michigan college, this is what I'm experiencing.

Nothing has changed after years of experiencing the exact same problem. Even with the correct password, there is still a chance that you won't be logged in. The app will log you out automatically. Although you can press the Log Out button, it won't always work correctly.

Terrible conversion. It was supposed to be an easy and quick transition. Automated payments are not for everyone. Late fees can accumulate on bills you have set up for withdrawal. Flagstar and Wells Fargo thank us for showing us the benefits of credit unions.

Every time I open the app, it tells me that there is a newer version. However, my current version of the app shows no indication. Since WF has closed down branches, I am unable to log in and see the app's performance against Wells Fargo. The app's features and functionality have not been accessible to me, despite multiple attempts of uninstalling the program and reinstalling it. This is by far the most frustrating online banking experience I've had. I don't have high hopes for this app.

After opening it, an upgrade option is presented that can't be ignored. After selecting Upgrade as the only option, it displays the installed app and offers the possibility to click the Open button. You can repeat the process. Now, this app is officially toast.
