Notifications that GlobalProtect has been running are constant There are no settings available to muffle or configure the notification. It doesn't matter if the thing is "running", I only care about if it has internet access. Is it possible to have more than one gateway configured on this device? Multiple gateway configurations are needed and can be quickly selected.

Permanent notification even with the latest version of Android Completely unacceptable. My phone turned on after a security update for Pixel 2 running Android 10. It also received an alert from global protect that my phone was on its way. The app has not been used and I'm not aware of any connection to the VPN. The only way to get rid of the notifications is to completely disable them. I sent you a screen shot and received a "We don't care about emails" response. I wish there were a "0" star option.

AVOID IF POSSIBLE, most unreliable vpn I've ever used. It crashes frequently and disconnects. If an error does occur, the screen will simply display a blank white screen. To fix the problem you'll need to restart your phone. You can't alter any settings. It always defaults at the worst choice and must be changed every time. This hackathon was created by a high school student.

We don't know what caused it, but the latest version may have an issue. After the first successful connection, it won't let you connect. To reconnect again, you will need to uninstall the program and then reinstall it. You will never be asked to input your token again. This thing will not work if you fix it.

Annoying. It is impossible to turn off the device from within an app. It turns on automatically when you use certain apps. It would be nice if it turned on only when I opened it. Also, it should have an option to shut it down from the inside of the app.

This product is a great way to increase the security of your corporate networks and devices. These devices are safer because they can protect the entire network traffic, even phones. We have had no issues with this app and our firewall was the only issue we encountered.

Another problem is that the app shows a permanent message on Android phones. Although I have received responses to complaints from others, this issue has been fixed. Support email was bounced and the message stated to use the corporate website.

It is distracting and annoying to receive constant notifications from the app that it is in operation. This makes it so frustrating and depressing to use the app.

GlobalProtect continues to run in the background even after being disconnected. This annoying notice keeps appearing in the bar. I was told that admin policies are responsible for this behavior. If the app is not connected, what policies do you need to use?

Even though I have disconnected the VPN manually, it keeps contacting me. Why? Why? To make matters worse, the program will remind you to turn on notifications after you have blocked them. It also keeps running in the background even after I disconnect. It should go!

GlobalProtect continues to open in the background, even when I'm not using it. This causes an annoying notification and makes it impossible for me to get rid of. It's super annoying Stop it running around like a maniac! It will not work for me if it does.

GlobalProtect is now showing me an Android notification that says it is running... even though it's not connected. It's a useless notification. This is like telling someone "Hi, I exist". If the VPN connection is established, please notify me. However, if it is not installed, don't inform me. That's ridiculous.

Version 5.2.11 is great for VPN connections. +5 After you've initiated the connection, it is impossible to stop the process. The app will continue running despite a notification that is useless and cannot be deleted. 3/5 total stars

Even though I am not connected to the VPN, it shows me a constant notification. It is very annoying and concerning. This problem has only recently begun.

Updated to the latest version, but it stopped working. VPN claims login success, however the app window shows no connection. Force kill must be used if the connection fails multiple times. It is irritating to receive constant notifications.
