Comparing it with the website, app is garbage. It doesn't display sales such as the Halloween one. The personalized feed is terrible. It shows me stuff that I don't want to see. There is no mention of the xp reward if you log in to your account. It seems that it always returns an error while trying to navigate.

That's okay, it seems. It's just that I don't get why almost a year ago, the official website had the AU$. But the app uses pounds instead of the emperial currency. Australia has not used it for 50 years. The website is much easier than trying to convert currencies and paying currency conversion fees by PayPal and banks.

Although their service is good overall, the app is not as reliable as it could be. Sometimes it is difficult to log in and sometimes prices are only shown in U$D, despite my preference currency being another. GMG is best accessed through a browser. This app doesn't work well and makes it difficult to purchase stuff.

Can't purchase anything. I tried the "buy now", but it told me that my cart was expired. I tried to buy via cart but none of the buttons worked for me to modify my payment option. The website didn't allow me to change my payment option on mobile, so I downloaded the app. It does exactly the same thing. Frustrating.

The website is great and I recommend it to everyone. It was slow and took 2-3 attempts before it worked, but now I can't log in. For the past 3 months, this has been happening. We hope they get this fixed soon. You can still visit their site from your internet browser.

It would be helpful to have the option of removing feed recommendations for games. I have about 10 games that are "recommended" by my feed before I can find a good one. I don't have a single sport game, and I don't intend to.

It's not perfect, and there isn't anything personal about the personalized feed. Navigating to find content and deals that interest me can feel like too much work.

This app allowed me to purchase Grand Theft Auto V. I was given an activation code but it didn't work. It's impossible to log in to the game. I tried twice to contact them to let them know it wasn't working. I haven't heard back for over two weeks. I wouldn't trust this website ever again.

It's not a very good app. The service is great, but I won't be using it because I cannot change my currency from CAD to USD. Although the website recently added CAD, the app doesn't work without it.

All reviews that have been recently posted are valid. The same error message will be returned if the login details are correct. The app is inoperable until the developer resolves the problem.

You should consider buying your games from someone who cares enough about their platforms to resolve any issues. See the list of users who have had trouble accessing the app. Imagine how they will care about customer service issues if they aren't concerned about the platform they use.
