GTL - Internet Visits (2 of 2) for PC

To hear my husband, it makes absolutely no sense. The quality of the headphones is terrible - horrible echo! I am utterly insane to think that we could use Zoom without paying anything and have better audio and visual. The app is constantly kicking you out without prompts as to what to do in case it does happen. It's up to you to figure it all out before your next visit. Have fun GTL

Although I don't know who suggested two apps, this app does not appear to be connected to the scheduling app. It doesn't work for me as an IT professional. I can't even imagine how the average user could get this app to work. Every time we try an android device, it fails. We always switch to a PC to fix the problem. This is just a bunch of scum. This should make the person ashamed.

First, install the second app. This is the app that you will launch directly from your smartphone. The video visitation function is added to the scheduling app. You can still hear your inmate if you begin your visit with only black vision. You can use earbuds with microphones, either bluetooth or in your headphone jack. You will hear the echo of your words on your side, so you get a rating of 4 stars out 5

Worst app ever. You can have visits with your family members without the 2apps. However, they say you must do everything. It could have been rescheduled, but instead it will cost you half of your time and your chance to visit your loved one.

This app has been a nightmare for me. With 49 minutes remaining, ($20 visit), I was disconnected and can't get connected at all. I've tried to email when this happened, but have never received a response. Also, I was double-billed. The first time I made the visit and the second when it was over. This is a costly visit and you will be charged twice for what you are not receiving.

This is the worst application I have ever used. Although it says "video chat", the suggestion should be changed to say that. If you are able to set up video, then quality will suffer. The screen goes from black to pixels, semi-descent, and back again. Your audio will not work if the quality of your video is poor. After 10 minutes of nothing but a screeching noise, I had to terminate the call. This app can only take payment.

It worked once when I tried it. It doesn't work anymore when I try to use it for video chat with my brother. I can still see him and hear him but I cannot hear his voice. He also said that the image is too pixelated. It's a complete ripoff to ask for $12 per 25 minutes. This is not the signal I use. A signal booster has been installed in my home and it never causes any signal problems or issues. WHAT DO I do to get a refund? Please fix it ASAP

It's a horrible place. I have yet to visit. My microphone and camera always say that they are turned off. We need to hurry and use Apple products. It's not easy to be rich. My android phone is the only one we have. These issues must be fixed so that we can reach our beloved one who is 8 hours away.

It was a complete waste of money! Logged in at the correct time and clicked on start visit. An error message was displayed saying "no scheduled visitor ..."" (appt paid for and scheduled) when "connecting", which is visible in the upper left corner (black screen). Timer started, but did not start. Husband thought I wasn't logged in. This app is terrible! This app is a waste of time and money. You might not be able to visit the video site because they are just lining their pockets .

This app has not been installed four times. It is likely that my son will not be able for me to view him until I get there. One of his buddies let me ride along with him when I go to visit my son. It is so bad that the app won't connect to my side of the circle. I can't video-visit my son. Since he was locked up, I haven’t seen him more than twice.

Awful! It keeps dropping our video calls when my loved one tries to record it. I can't even see him. I'm pixilated. His words and speech are always slow, so he speaks in slow motion. Because our conversation is constantly jumbled, I have trouble understanding him. I uninstall the apps, and try again. There is no other choice.

T E R I R E B L E It would get a rating of -3 stars if I could. The picture quality is poor, but what is most important is the echoing! The sound is so loud that it sounds as if I am standing up on top of a mountain screaming. And then, I hear my voice echo back about 4-5 times. It's so loud that I cannot even think of a sentence. Even with my earbuds on! My camera is very strange. Both ends find it very frustrating. It's also very frustrating for both of us. I cannot hear my friend and he can hear me.

This app is great and I think it's the best method to communicate with distant family members. The system stopped allowing me to communicate with my loved ones. This is still a 4-star rating, even though it's not as expensive as the collection calling. Please fix any issues regarding refunds and connection.

Edit-MY previous visit was nearly the same, but she came back and we added time. Full visit! We are grateful! Fair Warning to all who visit the internet. You will see a black screen and an image of you with your face on it. The screen turns on and the video calls begin. Mine began a 10-minute timer that included a fantastic picture of my visitation spot.

It is the most frustrating communication channel I've ever used. There has never been a single visit where I was able to see the person. This is like talking to Max Headroom on MTV. It's a pain. It will make your blood pressure rise, cause you to feel rage and even drive you to punch someone. The app is so slow that I end up exiting and coming back in to get 30 seconds of view and hearing who I'm talking to. This app is horrible
