HDMiniCam Pro App For Windows

Since the latest update, the app has not been able to connect remotely unless the two devices are connected on the same WiFi network. All I receive outside of my apartment is an interminable loop of "request for service" and "logging into". Although I receive notifications from my motion detector alarm, I don't know if there is any connectivity. However, I do get an endless loop of "request service" and "logging in". But nothing loads, even not the alarm still photos. My other app allows me to connect with Ny other security cameras.

I gave up. This app was used with the "EMISK HD1080P Mini Camera." It doesn't seem to be able to remotely monitor, despite many attempts. It will show choppy video if you're on the same WiFi network. Also, I didn't see any streaming on wifi. Device became a bit warm in the second half of my test. I don't know whether it is a device issue or an app problem. It's a useless problem right now. It will be there for 2 days more.

The camera worked perfectly the first few months. After a software upgrade, the camera could no longer be accessed remotely. To resolve the problem, I tried every possible solution, from factory reset to reinstalling the device and reconfiguring it. It appears that the update is causing remote access problems. This has been confirmed by several other posts. Could be due to an aws problem?

Although the basic features of operation appear to be good, views aren't as clear from the camera. Although the initial view was good, it has slowly deteriorated. The camera will freeze sometimes and only a manual restart can restore it. I'm not sure whether the issue is in the app, or with the camera. It is a problem that I am hoping will be fixed in an update.

For a few weeks, the cameras were working fine both locally on Wi-Fi as well as remotely over cellular network. Since the update, they no longer work when the cameras are connected to the same WiFi network. It's pointless, and it needs to be fixed ASAP. Many other people have said the same thing over the last few weeks so it is worth doing something to make it work again. We want to hear your comments! Please give us your feedback!

The app doesn't connect to mobile data. Only connects to camera when you're connected to the same WiFi as it. The app was already installed and I have changed the cameras. This has been going on for several months. This bug is so frustrating that the developers have not fixed it. It is a very disappointing experience.

Is it difficult to correct the issue of time stamping/time setting? There is a time stamp mismatch between what you choose in settings and what you see on the screen. I find the design of the app to be a bit dated. Multi selection from alarms available ....NOT for recording? thanks,

This is strange! It started to work as soon as I left my review with three stars and stated that the connection was impossible no matter what. It was so frustrating that it wouldn't connect. It must be connected to the same WiFi, but it is only at 2.4. It works, and I now have more options. It's great! We'll see.

The app will not work if the phone isn't connected to the same WiFi network as the camera. Notifications are only sent if the camera and your phone are connected to wifi. The app and the camera will not notify you if you disconnect wifi from your phone, or leave the home. It doesn't even record. For the two to collaborate, they must be connected to wifi and under one roof.

It worked only for one week. After a week, I was unable to view the live video via internet using WiFi. The App was uninstalled, reset many times, and I checked my WiFi router. The local mode works with direct camera connection, but that's not what I need.

Absolutely garbage. You can't remotely view hidden cameras unless you have both your phone AND the wifi. This is important to me as I travel a lot. It allows my wife and me to keep tabs on our home. My Samsung Galaxy S9 is my phone, and her iPhone 10 is mine. Both devices do the exact same thing.

It is good, but it could be improved. Timezone: Even though it is equipped with a timezone feature, the alarm time does not display correctly when daylight savings is in effect. You can watch the video if there is an alarm. Click on the alarm picture to play it. 3. Most alrams don't have pictures.

This app has been a favorite of mine for many years. However, it is no longer useful to me since its last update. This camera is used to watch my house. I can only see it from across the country. It has been flawless up until this point. It only works when it's me at home, on the same network Duh! Why would you need an app and a camera when you can monitor everything in person Fix the bugs from your previous update, and make this device work remotely again! Thank you!

It took 20 seconds to download the app, thirty seconds for the camera to be unpacked, and maybe five minutes to follow the directions to set it up. Although I'm not yet able to play with the settings, it seems great. The camera is an Arebi Wi-Fi minicam A10 Plus, purchased brand new at $28

The app takes control of your phone and prevents it from going to sleep. The Camera doesn't have an options menu. I will send the camera back.
