The worst app problem is when you place an order. They are always out of stock of products even though they say they are. This is funny considering they're a multi-billion dollar company that doesn't have a functioning app.

Your apps are useless if the common man cannot use them. You cannot get information about the product.

I'm a herbalife associate. The app is not my favorite. It is slow, and when we refresh the page we are redirected to our home page.

App that is utterly inept. App is not user-friendly. The app runs very slowly. Orders can be placed online via the website. There is no AI that will identify the user's place and show prices according to their country. Even though the country is selected, the product prices are still displayed in US dollars.

It is extremely slow and asks for verification code each time it activates finger sensor. What's the point in fingerprint sensor? Also, on code page there is also a check to remember me box, which it clearly doesn't because every time i go through the same process, the app does not remember any of it. The order page is also very slow. In today's fast-paced world, which app can take so long to load data? It's a horrible experience.

The worst app .... Very old version. I am having trouble remembering my ....ZERO password. It is very slow and not user-friendly.

You may have to begin from scratch if the previous page button doesn't work. The products do not have any descriptions or details. It's slow, and not enjoyable to use. These issues could be fixed, and the app would have more functionality.

Although it is better than the website, the site's navigation areas are slow. The "notify me” option for out-of-stock products does not work. If you have large volume orders, some navigation options can become slow once the products are chosen.

The app is great. There is still an issue with the login fingerprint. It can be slow in certain areas but generally it is fine. Thank you for this app. For people who are not tech-savvy, it will help open up new possibilities for the future.

Although the app works well, navigation is something that needs to be improved. For example, if I see a product and then go to a recommended or frequently purchased item, I cannot navigate back to previous products even though I tap back. This means I have to go through the entire product catalogue over and over.

The app is slow to respond. It takes more than five to 10 seconds for the app to respond to one click. Despite so many complaints/feedback, the company didn't make any changes to improve speed or performance.

Focus on quality services to distributors, not just getting more business. No order tracking system is provided to customers when fuel is sent. 2. Direct billing of customers is a problem for distributors. 3. When you shift to "pick up" mode, the store address is not displayed.

Horrible App for user interface. It is impossible to find a "Cart View" button in the upper status bar. This makes it a tedious task to review and search for your cart before you check out. This anomoly is not corrected by anyone.

This app has been updated to version 1G and features have changed.

Uttar waste men. I used to be a member of herbalife a few years back, however, now i don't have membership. So, one of the herbalife dealers suggested that I download the app, and then referred me. I am big-time waste. He got credit for referring me, but my application was still being processed for over a month. Worst experience.
