If you're interested in using HiLookVision on your PC or Mac, you may be wondering how to download the app and get started. Fortunately, there are many resources available online that can guide you through the process similar to this article.

HiLookVision App For Windows

Although it can show live footage, it struggles with playback. It doesn't seem to know if it is for the same day. It would make a great app if it could handle same-day playback. Update: Playback works well when night is under the I.R. However, playback stops working as soon as daylight comes in. Although live view is good for most things, it doesn't work well if you need to see motion alarms during the day. Playback is still not working as an update

Worst app ever! Absolutely useless! It doesn't function properly. If you want to save photos or videos, they will be in a strange picture format. The notifications don't load or work properly, and the speed controls are not available if you want to playback any content. It's a mystery to me how 2022 apps could still be so awful. This is a joke!

This app has been in my possession for a year and it works great. There are two issues I have with the app, which are not serious. The constant reminder from Hikvision to install the alternative app is irritating. Also, there is no option to adjust the aspect ratio so some feeds appear stretched. The app otherwise works perfectly.

This version has been updated. It is absolutely appalling. The previous version displayed images very quickly. This version can take up to one minute for images to be shown by the cameras. This adsp is broken. There doesn't seem to be an option to return to the original reliable version. It is unacceptable to spend 2K on home security and get a 3rd-rate app. Fix IT !

App needs improvement. 2) App closes many times. 3)while backing up it gets stuck. Make the app more user-friendly and disable unwelcome notifications

After having worked for quite some time, I have been getting the "failed to play" message every single day since yesterday afternoon. They also broke into my company last night, and I wasn't able to see the cameras so I was not aware. It keeps saying "failed to play" after I uninstalled the program and reinstalled.

The app has been removed and you'll be warned that it is no longer available after February 28, 2022. The support team will not allow you to update the app on Google Play Store. Instead, they will make it difficult for you to install and download an apk file. You will need to look for a better app. Google has received my report.

The app needs a lot more improvements. Very outdated. 1) There is no option to fast forward all cameras together. 2) The camera view has a lot glitch vision. It works correctly on my tv. I have very fast internet. To change the history for all cameras, you will need to return to the beginning page. 4) HD vision still isn't as clear as it appears on TV. Zoom feature crops much of the area.

Do not buy HIK Vision Cameras. The manuals are outdated and poorly translated. You cannot activate your interface using just a monitor. After you bought the camera, the program was required. A year later, the app was available. It's constantly changing. This app, which allows you to share the cameras, is a nightmare.

It is absolutely useless. The app kept saying that it wouldn't work after February 28, 2022. It worked briefly, then it disappeared. I haven't been able to log in since. It's quite frustrating.

It's so annoying. It keeps trying to get my personal information (unrelated CCTV). Every time you click on anything, a pop-up appears asking for permission to see your media and photos EVERY TIME. You must click NO. You must install it if you click the wrong button. To work, the app doesn't need to have access to my pictures! !

The app is great, but the fact the camera stream is often offline means that you cannot see what's happening during beams. Visibility is essential at all times. Also offline tonight, 09/11/2020. This really needs to be resolved. We are still having the same issues as before 5/7/2021. Rating downgrade.

Notifications to your smartphone app are not allowed. Live footage is becoming very glitchy. The time is not always correct and playback can become a nightmare. These issues must be fixed. If you are living alone and have psyco ex-partners prowling, Cctv could be life saving.

The app is currently in multiple buffering, which causes huge delays when accessing live feeds. This can lead to the final purpose being defeated. Your team should investigate this issue and develop a better algorithm in order to speed up the process. This app is used by many people. It's important that HiLook staff rectify this problem on a regular basis. We look forward to your new, improved update.

It is frustratingly difficult to use the interface. There is no option to speed forward. It is possible to just watch the day and not notice anything. A fast forward option would be completely counterproductive. They will soon be discontinued if the interface does not function. It is also glitchy.
