Solid app needs some tweaks Honeywell. Please help. The button layout on Android is quite different when I changed from iPhone to Android. Portrait has no way to toggle between 4, 9, 16, cameras. Landscape doesn't have a button for real-time playback. Honeywell, your company is solid. These are some suggestions. Many people use portrait mode to operate their phones. This is an important problem.

It is horrible. Honeywell Security System was installed in my house. It is a huge pain. It has 5 cameras. Every time I use the app, or go to another page, it prompts me to select all five again. This app is very confusing and it's difficult to find the settings you need. Honeywell cameras and this app should be avoided at all cost.

Although it's fine, there are two issues with the app. The first is the fact that it doesn't display in real-time. There's a constant 15 second lag. In playback mode, you can only see one camera at once. These issues could be fixed and I would give it five stars.

It's amazing. It is used for business purposes and was quite usable before the recent updates. It's now a static photo camera, as the video keeps freezing and doesn't load after the update. The app is not very user-friendly.

Although everything works well, there is no indication of their function or 2. One thing is the big one. I cannot playback more than an hour of video. It's almost pointless.

It only works with WiFi. I have more failed connections than it makes. Honeywell? The older apps I used for remote viewing of my cameras have never caused any problems. Honeywell has better apps.

Your app has been my favorite since 2017. Yesterday, it suddenly stopped letting me know when there was motion. Your technical support was not able to help me. Technical support is supposed to help you, but they will not tell you where to find it. It was installed and I used the app. It stopped working and gave me a popup advising that there was motion alert on both my Samsung Galaxy S6 (and my Samsung Galaxy A71) 5g.

Since the Android 9 update, my device has disappeared. It has been a while since I last updated to Android 9 and tried to add it again.. Can you please update me with an update on when this app will work with Android 9?

It is my second attempt to use this app. I have not received push notifications of any motion. The first issue was not addressed and so I don't expect to get any reply.

My Motorola Droid has a delay of 30 seconds before streaming begins. The lag persists while I am live. On my iPad all cameras do not always load. Maxthon is the only browser that works on my laptop. This one is a new browser. Only can review one week's past activities on the laptop, and none on Droid. I don't know what to do with all this.

It's easy to get used the buttons layout. It is easy to add new sites using the P2P. This app makes it easier to configure and view multiple devices. It is also more efficient than my field technicians.

Honeywell Security Camera System, but this app doesn't work right. Keeps saying that my account is locked. The system reboots, and it works for 10 minutes. It then locks again. Honeywell is a scumbag! Update: Same issue. This app is a joke.

The app does not update every time there is an update. It is annoying to have to call my alarm company tech support.. frequently.

It is annoying that I have to update my Samsung Galaxy phone from android to it. And it will cost me. This system would not have been possible if I had known.

The latest update has not allowed you to connect or add new devices. For a company this large, 2+ weeks seems ridiculous for a solution.
