If you're interested in using IBM Verse on your PC or Mac, you may be wondering how to download the app and get started. Fortunately, there are many resources available online that can guide you through the process similar to this article.

IBM Verse App For Windows

The app does not sync in real-time, drains battery quickly, and takes up the most storage of all apps on my phone. There are no other complaints. This app is worse after the March update (if at all). To even be able to connect to the server, I had to repeatedly uninstall and reinstall it. It would be a minus if I could.

One of the most frustrating Android apps that I have ever used. This is as terrible, if not worse than IBM Notes. Just about all menu paths have buttons that are completely non-responsive. Mail never syncs by itself. A constant barrage of server communication problems, even though I know our domino server has been up. Although a synchronization notification is almost always displayed in the notification bar, it doesn't sync on its own. HCL/Lotus/IBM is most hateful of all things, but it does not like working people accessing their email.

It is very slow and clunky, but it does work some of the times. It crashes often. Sometimes it crashes for several days. It would have been better to just scrap it and start over. It was a new task that required a different set of eyes.

The Notifications have stopped working since the Samsung Update (11/15/2018). The sound on inbound mail isn't working. If you are looking for it, the notification bubble will quickly show you incoming mail but then disappears. It is the Samsung Note 8. Tried: 1. 1. 2. Open app. 3. Click the three-dot icon in upper right to access more settings If this does not work, tap reset app preferences

It's a good idea to give it a try. It could do with some QOL improvements. Verse can be used online to access the actions, todos and cal. This is a very good app. It just needs to be tweaked for performance. This is not anywhere close to what the people think. A lot of it comes down more to administration than Verse product.

The app has displayed an error about the ssl certificates of the mail servers since the latest update on 10 May 2022. Although our certificate is valid, clicking on "trust certificate "YES", doesn't allow you to save your choice. This error message keeps popping up. Update: The May release has not been made available. Google Playstore states that the latest release has been installed. Do you have any suggestions? BTW, the app was reinstalled yesterday.

After last update, app stopped syncing. It refused to recognize the server URL after I reinstalled it. Finally, I am looking for a substitute app.

Notifications can be confusing! Android 12 cannot be used to configure notifications. It can't be scheduled or paused. It is absolutely useless. Only salvaable feature is calendar integration.

This was all fine up to the 7th November release. Unfortunately, the performance of the new release has been terrible. I've persevered. The screen locks up when you scroll through your inbox. Split screen freezing is a common occurrence. The calendar will not move between months without syncing. It is almost impossible to select multiple email addresses. How did you do it? The app is now practically unusable after this release. The app syncs every 10 to 15 seconds, even when the sync is set to manual. Grrrrr!

It is the worst application ever. My Galaxy S10+ battery drains 18% per day, and this is without using any of the app. It doesn't send notifications at a specific time but randomly. Calendar usability is a sign of humanity's hatred. It generates tons of draft messages per hour. My corp, which had Lotus Notes as its legacy, forced me to use it. You can search using the "ibmtraveler notes" keyword to find an alternative. Creators of these apps are in a hell, I think.

This problem is affecting my IBM Verse app (Contacts, Email, Calendar ...)) and I am seeing a notification badge. My launch does not show any messages that need attention. This is because all my mails were read. After updating the app several days ago, the notification badges and the "IBM Verse sync" icon in the Android drop down notification drawer disappeared. The badges were back a few minutes later. After I sent screenshots, there were no responses.

This app has been broken since I updated it. Constant sync message on notification drop down. It lags when I try to open the app. It's broken and I can't even check my emails. Unfortunately, I cannot reinstall it without having my IT team set it all up again. It must be resolved immediately.

User interface and connectivity are poor. Search can be difficult to use. There are either too many background operations, or the interface is deliberately slow. Apps are my favorite type of app. There is a lot to be done.

To perform screen lock, password rules and erase data, it asks for administrator access. It is asking for admin access to perform the screen lock, password rules, erase data without warning and unlock attempts. Another annoying thing was that I couldn't unlock my phone the first time after granting admin access to this application. After I removed the app, my phone worked very well.

The November 7th update received a single star. Parts of the problem seem to be solved by November 15. The useless icon and message can still be seen in the notifications. They can be hidden using settings on Android, but only when they are minimized. The dot remains on the app icon even if you have checked all your mails.
