If you're interested in using IGTV on your PC or Mac, you may be wondering how to download the app and get started. Fortunately, there are many resources available online that can guide you through the process similar to this article.

IGTV App For Windows

IGTV SUCKS! It crashes at 90% every time I try to upload a short video. Although you could theoretically add a link to the description of the video, it is impossible for viewers to view the descriptions. I don't get it. I don't understand why they lie. It is horrible. Uploading can be slow or impossible. It's okay to take it down. It deserves zero stars.

Although I love the idea of having videos stored on separate apps, I may not be able to view them all right away. Although I would like to return, I cannot search the latest video when I visit the individual's video library. It's very frustrating not to be able to find the right video. This should be fixed by you. Allow users to choose the order of their uploaded videos, from oldest to most recent. We are grateful!

This page needs to be overhauled. It keeps saying "unable to load" every time I go to the "HOME” page. It doesn't have a search feature and it shows what it believes you would like, based on the videos you have viewed. It's still not working. I uninstalled it twice. This app needs some new functions and bugs corrected in order to function properly.

I can only view videos from the Explore page in the app. The app does not allow me to view videos on ppls pages. Instead, it displays random videos created by unrelated accounts. While playing videos, the screen doesn't stay up. When I try to comment or like a particular video, the app crashes. Sometimes it won't allow me to post a video that I have recorded. It also doesn't save my recordings so many of them are lost. I had to rere-record them. The app crashed and isn't opening now. *Sigh*

It is not a great app to use for video-watching. It was downloaded with the hope that it would include a pop up player, which I found more useful than Instagram's app to watch longer videos on my smartphone. It seems to be missing some very essential features. You don't know how old any particular video is, and it doesn't give you the date they were uploaded. This app is not worth the cost of using Instagram's main app.

This app is full of potential, so there are many areas for improvement. Although it has many great features already, it could be improved by allowing us to edit video directly within the app, rather than having to use another app. The app is a video-making app, and it would make it even better. IGTV has a lot potential. It already offers great features. I wish you continued improvement.

Although this app is full of potential, it's very frustrating to use. The play/pause button on the app is too small and disappears quickly when you try to press it. It doesn't always respond even when it is hit hard enough. Instead of showing a large heart, the video should play/pause when you touch it in the middle of the screen. Where does the video go when it is saved from the screen menu? Do you have a saved list? ?

It is absurd how long it takes for sound to play. This is called IGTV, but it doesn't work with Instagram. It always delays the sound. After the initial minute, it will sound great. Then after two minutes, it is a complete second late. It's a constant uninstall and reinstallation process. Most of the times the plus and search buttons at the top disappear for no apparent reason. I then have to go back and reinstall. The problem has gotten worse in the past few months

Edit: It's much easier to control pauses and fast forward in the latest update. I also love the option for CC. There are a few small improvements that can be made, such as the ability to enable fullscreen. It is not an option that I find. Even if my phone tilts, it doesn't work. When I write a comment, the keyboard blocks the area so I cannot see the words. It would be great if the option was moved up to the top.

It is impossible to upload any files. It is extremely slow and keeps sending errors messages constantly. Sometimes it gets stuck at one point many times. You can't even explore the site to discover new content. You can only see videos that are already followed. To find more, you need to go to a particular account to view their videos. It is only linked to Instagram, which is an excellent and well-known app I've used for a while.

Swipe Up is no longer available for stories that I want to link with my IGTV videos. The Swipe Up option was working fine, but it no longer appears. It was very helpful to be able to link the two apps. This is the purpose of Facebook. It is now impossible to use the platform because it does not work. This is a very annoying issue that I would like to see fixed by the company.

Right now, I am unable to upload a video of 7 minutes. Damn. You score F9 on the user experience scale! You can't stop uploads if there is an error or you change your mind. [Edit]: Stopping upload can only be done when the internet is disconnected. Really? Some videos don't have the comments, like, buttons at the bottom left. This includes my pages. Is that really the point of it?

When I try to create a custom cover photo, I get bogged down in "processing". After I have completed the "processing", and edited the PREVIEW view of the post in my main IG account, the customized cover photo doesn't appear. Instead, it shows the zoomed-in portion of my video clip. It was easy to set up a custom cover photo.

Can we double-tap to forward or rewind? I keep doing this and it causes the video to get muted each time i go. This makes me miss a lot. I also slide to the next clip when i need to adjust my notification shade. Either i'm not very skilled at this, or it isn't user-friendly. But competition to YouTube is great. I like the concept and app, but the UI could use some improvement.

IGTV was a brilliant idea, but the team didn't know how it could be implemented effectively. Bad app. Interface is terrible. Videos cannot be played horizontally. It crops videos and makes it difficult to upload. It takes several minutes to upload video. The worst part is that it slows down entire operating system when i try to upload more. The videos play intermittently, and viewers also see the video intermittently.
