Playback does not work .... it just spins and says there is no recording, even though the option has been set to save 64 memory cards. It's annoying that the cloud option pops up and it doesn't allow you to skip ahead to the next screen. The app can only be used for live viewing if the additional service is not purchased. You can't view or save recordings from the past.

Latency problems can occur between software, hardware, and servers, between server and mobile provider or between the Android OS and mobile provider. This causes camera motion events to not notify the phone within a reasonable time, preventing this platform being able to be truly a "real-time" monitoring tool. This delay is minimal if the camera are manually turned off every 3 to 15 days. This is a fantastic medium-to-low cost option for surveillance.

The camera stops working when I attempt to view videos over the night. I do not want the cloud to access my video. I should be able watch them anytime, anywhere. When I woke up, my camera had turned upside-down and was not in the same place it was placed. Yet, the video was still upside-down. This was a strange thing. Although I wish I had taken this WiFi camera, I love the birds eye view. Also, I put in a SD card so that I didn't lose the cloud.

When the app is working, I absolutely love this camera. Ismeye keeps giving me an error message. It was an old phone, so I purchased a new one. The error persists. It's very frustrating! It's very frustrating!

ISmeye is full of bugs and very deficient. The screen keeps going black, and the app continues to malfunction. Tonton cameras and products are not worth my time.

It's a great app that is easy to use, practical and useful. It has motion detection (I had been looking specifically for this cam), and the images are clearer than other apps. This product is great! Did I mention that it's super simple to setup?

It worked well for several weeks but is now saying "ismEye has closed" whenever you try to view camera feeds. This was a very disappointing experience, as it worked well when installed first.

Good stable app at home. It took a while to download recorded SD card video from away, but this could be because of slower connection speeds.

Do not leave the camera on more than 15 minutes at a time. This is useless for people who require constant contact or need to verify the location during the night.

It's a great app and camera. However, it can be triggered by rain or fog. Also, we shouldn’t have to use the cloud you provide. We should be free to pick our cloud.

Even without a subscription, the cam can transmit to your internet storage. Only if you pay the spies to access your privacy (which is what the user agreement states), can you access your images. Otherwise, it remains ineffective. You can save your money by avoiding wifi.

It has been 3 hours since I tried to connect two tonton cameras. I'm ready to dump them. Very user unfriendly!

It worked for the first two days, but now my notifications have stopped. I tried to reinstall the app and nothing has brought back my notification.

It is a good price, but there are known issues that need to be fixed. App crashes can be caused by multicam mode and some downloading or sharing.
