If you're interested in using Jazz WiFi on your PC or Mac, you may be wondering how to download the app and get started. Fortunately, there are many resources available online that can guide you through the process similar to this article.

Jazz WiFi App For Windows

The most pathetic and inhumane service that you could get. Jazz service is affected by the loss of electricity. Their towers don't have any power backups. The help line is completely incompetent when you call them. I am told to turn off the phone and restart my device regardless of what problem I have.

Although the app worked fine until today, it now shows an invalid sim error. I have activated my sim and confirmed it from Jazz customer centre. They provided an ip address link and I inquired if the problem was in the app. The app works perfectly fine. I haven't changed the username or password. It shows the same password on link, but it is incorrect in app. This issue is being investigated.

Every time I launch the app, it prompts me to connect my device. My jazz device is connected. Initialy, I believed something was wrong. So I tried to install it again on another device. The same problem occurred. My device data and balance are not working. Jazz helpline is not available. They never return my calls and give me very vague options.

This app deserves zero stars. Unfortunately, system limitations mean that I can only give it 1/5. Poor user experience. Prices are not up to date. You can apply for credit or choose to purchase a package. You are not allowed to use the credit. To subscribe to the package, I need to either call customer service or visit a retailer. Helpline doesn't help. Overall, it's apathetic service.

After updating, this app seriously disappointed me. It doesn't have many of the features that were available in older versions. The interface is not very user-friendly. It has been stripped of the calling feature. App disappears when I attempt to access settings!

Once upon a while, it worked fine. It doesn't allow you to subscribe to bundles, even though your balance is there. This has been going on for months, and it's no longer of any use.

It is poorly designed. The app doesn't show the monthly data used, even though it has the ability to. To check your balance it is necessary to enter submenus. It should be easy to assess. It is a slow app.

It used to be working fine, but it suddenly stopped showing the.invalid SIM and incorrect user name & passcode. It is still showing an error. no server. The internet does work, however. This suggests the app/software is not working/crashing. It is quite sad, but Jazz's technical and customer support teams are doing little to help despite the fact that they have been around for a while. The Mobolink/Jazz is again disappointed.

The App has some very useful features, but the app will not work if the password and username settings are changed. Access to your wifi device will not be granted by the App. Each person will have access to your WiFi device using the default settings.

My Jazz wifi app is having trouble logging me in. After being notified that my Jazz device needed to be updated, I could not log into my Jazz wifi app. It works fine if I use the same login credentials as on internet. Please help me, I cannot stay connected to my computer all day. Thanks.

This is insane. The network is extremely very poor. My only use of wifi is to study and research. However, every time i switch on my device, it displays the green signal for the 3g network. It is slow, and it's not fast. This device has not been charged since 2 days ago. My mbs is running extremely fast. If you don't solve my problem, i'll change the stupid network. My internet stopped working last month, 15 days ago. I haven't even used my mbs much.

Good overall, but it can't unblock/block users. The main problem I have after the update was that the app won't let me login. It gives me an error message when I attempt to log in. However, the same password and username are valid for jazz wifi. It is possible to fix the problem. Thanks.

The app displays my device as not connected even though it is connected. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I have to reconnect every time my wifi goes down. Nearly every time, the device shows yellow signals. Device also displays logout, while app shows connected wifi. Although I attempted to update my device via settings, it didn't work. Every time I launch the app, it asks for my password. I don't understand why this happens. It now says sim invalid and sim fine App appears to be a FYP from a BS student.

This app has a major flaw. You cannot log in unless you have changed the password via this portal or through the web portal. This app will not work if you don't use your default login credentials. If you use default credentials, the app is useless.

This app has the worst UI. Some features are not working and you cannot log into the App after an update. You can only log in to your account on the same desktop browser as you used to log in.
