Jitsi Meet App For Windows

Since Hangouts was gone, I have really enjoyed this app. We value the ability to share multiple screens at once. One problem is the only one. It will sometimes keep adding me back to the phone when I leave the call. It doesn't work to hang up and it doesn't let me close any apps. This is really annoying because it makes me want to end the call immediately after I press the hangup button.

Not impressed. The sound quality was good over 4G data. However, I couldn't see more than one person at a given time. The sound would switch randomly and it was hard to tell why. Online, I was able to see 3 participants but it would only show those 3. It wouldn't even switch. While I was able to double-tap online to see a fullscreen participant, I couldn't access the app. Low bandwidth turned off all video. I prefer to be able reduce video quality.

Although the app was working fine for weeks, it is becoming less reliable with each passing week. It is often difficult to see or hear the presenter, and there are many disconnections. Despite having about 90 people, all of them are audio-only (listening only), except the presenter. It shouldn't be difficult for the server. It is possible to use a browser at the same time. The app is not working properly, I believe.

It fulfills my basic needs and is very useful. However, I would like to send a URL to my QR Code App. This will generate a code for the address to allow me to download the link on my tablet. Just touch and hold the URL to open it the same as when I touched the link. The Share menu should open with the available apps to share the link to. Thank you so much.

It's a wonderful videoconferencing and videocalling application, easy to use with many useful features like a text chat panel and the ability to send documents and recordings. It's hard to think of anything better. Yet, they continue improving the app!

Ask jitsi before joining a group to confirm whether the microphone or camera are on. It does as it says on the website. It can save you from some embarrassing encounters.

Please add the ability to reduce individual volumes within the app. I don't know why it isn't available in the app.

Many annoying bugs. Mesg box getting stuck, share screen getting lost, etc. Pay ur developers more or hire better developers.

The idea is great. I am frustrated that the app does not allow you to hang up calls. This seems to be true for everyone I know. What could be worse than an app? While I could call, it is going to end up hanging up for me. This could also be considered a security breach. You can't just hang up. And if android is not something you know, you might not be able to recognize that other people are listening. Are there any updates or assistance coming soon? Everything I did in the settings didn't work.

The app has been great so far. It's not as feature-rich as the mobile web version. With time, more features may be available. Edit1: Many new features. Bug: Can't Drop Call when in Landscape Edit2: This bug has been fixed and the app keeps getting better. Bug: The picture in the photo is gone when I stop and start screen sharing. We'll need to address it if it is an Android limitation.

No matter which chat program you are using, it won't work. Chrome, Firefox ...) and the app. If you are the fourth participant, it won't let you connect.

Although the App works well for conference calls, I have had some issues with it, particularly during times of pandemic, when people need to connect from their homes. Sometimes, when I try to connect to a meeting I don't receive an audio. The only option I have is to use the chat option. This problem persists even after I leave the meeting to rejoin it. I tried restarting the app but nothing changed.

Sir, I'm Subramanian from India. Jitsi App has been an incredible app. There are a few things I would like to see improved in the Jitsi App. The app has connectivity problems that I consider a problem. The app's audio and video go off often while meetings are taking place. The app allows the user to select the faces of each participant that will be displayed on the main screen. This I consider a plus.

It is very easy to use and the call quality can be good if it has enough processing power. It is not uncommon for the main server to behave unpredictable and slow, so I can understand why people don't like it. If you own a computer with a high speed internet connection, it is possible to host Jitsi. You can rest assured that your calls will be of the highest quality and no one can see them.

Easy, intuitive, free, no time limit. The app is also available for PC users. They just need to click the link in their browser and then connect. This is a real benefit for those who don't feel confident in technology, like some of my clients!
