App was functional for a while, then it stopped working. It's a space-taker and there isn't any information. I can use the app to obtain the number for service.
Today, I received a call regarding the elevator. I attempted to log in to the app to make a service request, but it went straight to the page saying "Something went wrong." You can try again later or call our customer support. After waiting a few minutes, I tried again to log in but got the same message. The app was not working so I called the customer service number. Their app is now useless.
You cannot create an account. This was the app I was instructed to use for my spy camera that I purchased through Amazon. This is really sad. They may update my review. It should still be considered a Zero because it isn't worthy of any stars.
It's a useless app. The app is useless. It does not display what Kone does to rectify complaints. We wish we had not subscribed to this service.
Poor and inept staff. After you have given money, they will not talk to you again. If you buy a kone elevateator, it will be a waste of your time and money.
