Constantly disconnects, claiming you have left the chat room. You can either close the chat or exit it completely after being disconnected. It will work much better if you fix the connectivity issues. It would also be wonderful to have a video option, and the ability save and make patterns.

Not impressed. It disconnects every time. Because I am nearsighted and don't like wearing glasses while in bed, I use my smartphone to view the screen. It's now disconnected. Again. Although it works slightly better when the phone is close, sometimes it still disconnects. You should be able to separate the outside and inside vibrators. It should be possible for preset patterns to operate faster or slower. The same applies to custom mode. When I press down, it switches on and off.

The toy itself is fantastic, but the app? The app keeps disconnecting, and sometimes it will accidentally leave the chat without a reason. We are both more annoyed than we enjoy ourselves in LDR.

The app doesn't work. I bought the device one year ago. My pixel worked flawlessly. I decided to play with it once again. App crashes immediately after accepting the location permissions.

There is no FaceTime feature. If you quit the chat while in chat mode it will disconnect. It's a shame that the user experience can not be shared visually. If we don't have the ability to share this experience visually, then it is practically useless. The vibration settings are more powerful than what the product alone can provide, so that's a plus.

App crashes frequently even when using a brand new phone model (Samsung Note 8), but a similar app by another company is fine. Even if another app isn't running, or not installed, and there are no connected BT devices. This could indicate an issue with communication between BT stack. It may even crash the second app. Random crashes are possible and may occur 1-3 times in the brief life of your battery. You cannot create any custom patterns.

It connects and works. There is no function that can be used in the app. The device vibrates continuously. The device heats up in about 7-9 minutes. High speed internet is required. It doesn't work in low speed or average network speeds. It takes too long to create a room. It takes around 1-2 minutes to enter the password. Even after this, no response is received. The connection will not work if the screen is locked. This product is not for me.

Although it's an excellent toy, my Android phone has issues with the connectivity. The reach is only 2 meters and the chat function is not working 98% of the time. This is a shame because the app is beautiful and offers some cool features.

How long will it take you to find out that there is a "play random music" feature? FYI, this feature allows you to play random music from your playlist. Lovense products are your best choice for tech and features.

I was a bit disappointed. It works if and when it does, it is great. Connection issues are more common than not. Make sure you have permissions, location, and bluetooth turned on. Higher hopes, I suppose.

It failed to connect every time I tried it, even multiple times over multiple days. It is a terrible app that doesn't provide the promised long-distance connection. It was uninstalled. It was worth it.

I don't understand why the app keeps disconnecting after a minute or two... The android app isn't the same as the ios one. Comparing with the iOS app, it has very limited options. Why is this? The connection is terrible, the device disconnects constantly and it is extremely unreliable. It should function, considering the cost of this device!
