Merrick Bank Mobile for PC

The app has been in my possession for over a year. I've never had any issues. After a couple of times I couldn't log in I removed the app, waited for 24 hours, and then reinstalled. Problem solved, big deal. The app was easy to use and my payments were received on time. Excellent app and credit card. ! Updated 7-24-22: I received my new card, and it is absolutely beautiful! It's beautiful! !

Since the last 2 weeks, I've been experiencing issues. The app goes to white and the website crashes. To see if others had problems, I found that I wasn't the only one. It only works when you are connected to WiFi, according to another user. It worked when I connected it to WiFi. The app and the website both worked. It doesn't need WiFi for it to function, but I am glad that I have the option to log in and pay my bills. They should fix it soon. We are grateful to all users that shared this option.

It Doesn't Open at All 80% of the Time. The app doesn't open the majority of the times. The same problem persists, even though I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. It still works with great battery life and excellent cell service. My password didn't work when it opened so I reset it. My phone has the password stored so that I can verify it is correct. It's easy to open once it's opened. Before an app is made available to customers, you should fix it if it doesn't work.

It is a garbage app. You can't do as much on it than you can with apps from larger companies. The credit company is also terrible. My credit score is excellent. Their card was my credit card for four years and seven months. I have never missed a payment or been late. After I had paid off my balance and stopped using the card, my credit limit was reduced from $2400 down to $300. They then closed my account due to inactivity a few months later. No letter, email, or text. Credit Karma was found out.

It works with my password and user ID, but won't allow me to use my finger ID. The app tells me it is not set up. It tried setting it up every time that I opened the app. It doesn't matter how I exit the app. All my apps work with the fingerprint. Please fix. PS. It used to work even before I changed phones (I have the exact same model).

He doesn't know what it is like to be a user. When I activated the service and started using it, everything was perfect for me. It worked for quite some time. However, lately the app has stopped working and the website keeps crashing every time I attempt to login. It's very frustrating. Merrick will not admit that there is a problem.

App not currently working. The app opens, then it says "Bank Name", and goes to a blank screen. It doesn't move anywhere. Login screen never apoears. It freezes as if in limbo. It must be resolved immediately. This is a serious problem. If I don't have the ability to log in and pay my bill, I will be mad. I tried closing the browser and opening it again several times, with no success.

The app keeps displaying alerts when a charge exceeds the set threshold, but it opens with a blank screen and no information. It's impossible to see the details. You will also be notified that your FICO score has been updated, but this is never the case. The app doesn't allow me to view my statements. It's a sham!

The app was difficult to use in 4-7-20. Now, 2 years later, the app works well and is easy to use. Auto pay can sometimes be slow but it has been fully fixed. To get credit limits raised, you must have a history with your card. I have been using the app for 2 years but still have 2k. Other than that I really appreciate the service it provides. Keep it up!

This app was downloaded. At first worked great. It was easy to use the first time I downloaded it. Now, even though I used the same passwords to log in both times, the app won't let me use it. Also, I haven’t changed any passwords. It also doesn't offer me an option to modify my password. SMH. I deleted the app and redownloaded it. It's still the same problem.

Merrick so far has not been great. The app won't allow me to log in, so it doesn't permit me to view or pay my account. Sometimes the app crashes and gives me a blank screen. Other times it denies access by saying that my username and password are invalid. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app many times with no change. Website always suggests that you try it again later.

It worked fine for several weeks. Can't log into now. Even though it is an option, I must set up fingerprint. I've done that before and have used that method in the past. You will get an "invalid login" message if you use username and password. I am able to login with the same information on the website. Edit: Since my initial post, I cleared all cache data and restarted. The app still does not work. Web site works fine. Make sure your application is working properly.

This is the worst customer service ever! To speak with someone about an overcharge, you will need to wait for 2 hours. I was placed on hold for cancelling my card, but after another 30 minutes they disconnected me. The app is just as ineffective as the customer service reps. In 2021, they don't have an email address. If I could, I would rate it zero stars.

Never had an issue with my account information. If they feel it is not me charging, notifications are sent by text. The charge can be stopped right away. The best thing about this service is that I can lock it and then use it when I'm ready. Sign in, hit the magic button and voila!

The app is great. However, I am aware of some issues users have. After updating, I clear my cache history and restart the phone. It is much easier to setup finger print sensor on your device. This should resolve many of the problems you may have. Ex: Example: After following the steps above, my better half no longer has login problems. I am still learning from years of Apps, but I'm not an IT professional.
