Microsoft Kaizala for PC

It won't allow me to receive phone calls. It stopped working after a few weeks. When I tried to call someone, it said the person was unavailable. I also received calls but my phone did not ring. I get only a notification about missed calls. The problem is fixed by reinstalling it, but the issue returns after several days. This is a problem that we use for work. This needs to be fixed!

I was frustrated by fake notifications that said "I might have unread mails". Everytime i checked, i didn't have new messages. This was so frustrating. Another thing I didn't love about the app is the fact it wouldn't allow me to reply directly from the notification bar. It would also split each message within the bar, instead of consolidating them by sending or consolidating all. The app does not allow gifs. This is huge to me.

This app is my favourite messaging app. These are the problems I have. It is impossible to upload audio messages or photos. If I remove a message from everyone, it will show that the message has been deleted . I do not want anyone to see why. Add an option for editing messages already sent.

It's great, but I am still waiting for double tapping on messages to either like it or add an emoji to it... and please, include these features in the Microsoft App Store so that we can access it as an application on our PCs instead of just webview.

This is the worst chat software ever. MSN Messenger is better than this rubbish. This chat program is mandatory because a client chose it to be part of their office suite. It disconnects constantly and doesn't send messages randomly. Poorly designed software. The web version is not stable. If I had to, I'd give it 0. It is much better to have signal.

Logging out. I can't log in again because there is no keyboard available for the input fields. So I can't enter my number.

App not functioning properly for the past couple of days When calling another app, the caller does not automatically connect. 1. I have to tell them to go to the app and enter my number to get the call. Connecting directly is possible only for a limited time. 2. Low sound when mic was connected. I need to mut and reconnect the microphone for normal hearing. These two problems must be fixed.

Problems with call quality. Improve call quality Both require high-speed internet bandwidth. However, they are still experiencing issues. Echo Issues 2. Call voice drop 3. Bad connectivity

It is a very useful and excellent app. Excellent... Keep up the good work Microsoft. It is very helpful. I use the Kaizala app from Microsoft because many of these features aren't available in Whatsapp.

I had no issues at all with the app. It started acting strangely a few days ago. Every time I want to send my attendance, it takes me a few minutes to restart my phone and get my location. This is frustrating and annoying to have to do this every day.

Students cannot see my mobile number. Is there a way to do this? Education is not affected by actions. Analysing is quite fine.

Great free messaging and image/video sending messenger. Also, you can make free calls. It is easy to use and reliable. The voice calling experience is excellent, clear and crystal clear. Microsoft, thank you for creating a wonderful messenger app that can be used in place of WhatsApp.

The app crashes suddenly after Android 12 update in one plus. It can be restarted and closed 3-4 times to resolve the issue. You are also unable to send videos or photos and you cannot give feedback via app support.

The mic and speaker are not functioning in video or audio calls. The issue persists. I tried several things, but nothing worked. I have tried everything...still the same issue.

It is HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE and HORRIBLE. This APP WAS USED FOR KNOWLEDGE SHARE IN MY SBI GROUP. It stopped working immediately. WHEN I TRIED MANY TIMES, IT SAYS THAT INSTALL AFTER 7 DAYS.
