Microsoft Stream for PC

Overall, Stream is an excellent tool. However, the app's functionality is very limited. You don't get notifications about channels. The browser doesn't allow you to find channels you have "followed" and it is difficult for you to filter the videos that interest you. Edited: I read through the comments and look forward to channel support this summer.

Because I'm grateful to have access to the Stream videos, three stars. Two stars are removed because the app's mobile version lacks basic features such as skip ahead, backward.. that other video players have had for years. Microsoft has discontinued the current version Stream. I doubt that any developers will give this app much love.

Multiple accounts cannot be signed in to the app. The app doesn't list the user who has logged into it. I tried signing in with several accounts, but the system only kept referring to this one account. It doesn't appear like MSFT has a product. There are no integrations to the rest of office365's suite of products. Mobile version has a different interface than desktop. There are no channels or groups. Poorly developed interface for oral users. No wonder zoom took over.

As far as it goes, it's fantastic. What happened to Stream Channels, though? These channels are an integral part of Stream. Without them, there's no way to group or categorise the content. This is a feature that's standard in the Stream portal, so it's surprising it doesn't work on the mobile version. This is a v1 release so it may not have all the features - even though they're essential. So I am now a beta tester and will be arguing for improvements.

I don't know why there is so much hate. The app actually works perfectly. Youtube can be addictive, and it is wonderful that you have only access to streaming services. The app had no advertisements to begin with. You can download the app and listen to lectures just as you would any audiobook. YouTube does not offer any of these features. YouTube provides a very simple and effective speed adjustment that is just what I want. Great work guys! (Can't please everyone)

This app is useful, but it only has 4 stars due to its limited features. Consider the following: Provide the stream website with the available group-based video categories. 2. Allowing the creation of personal playlists to organize videos and make them easier for future reference. It is the best thing you can do to increase productivity. It is a mere archive that, while useful, has limited functionality. Thank you @developers for your effort.

The app is not perfect. 1) It buffers video after video, regardless of how fast it is. While some videos can be saved without any problems, others are only saved with audio and black screens. 2) There are no options for quality selection, only high-quality and standard options. You must have a variety of quality levels to view a video, such as 360p or 480p. *Typing limit*

Application for trash. I am a student at university and will be taking an online course. I can choose which classes and groups to be in the desktop version to select the videos. This is not possible with the mobile app. They have just put all of the content and videos that you can access in one homepage. It also has poor connection quality. The connection quality between my mobile phone's wifi and any video streaming app is excellent. I buffer this every 20 seconds. No exaggeration

All the features are incredible. You can hear the meeting at your own pace and not according to your schedule. Zooming the video is impossible because the recording size is too small. This would be possible in live meetings. You should consider adding zooming capabilities. This app has the most amazing small screen feature.

Off-line, it doesn't work. They disappear after downloading the videos. All the videos that were lost will reappear if you save another video. It also requires internet access to view offline when they appear.

It is a very basic application with limited functionality. It is essentially unusable for me because it does not allow groups to view. Each video must be searched separately, making it nearly impossible to search when there are 50 of them. This is strangely not an issue on desktop. It would be a great idea to have a wider range of quality video.

There is room for improvement. Students all around the globe are taking online courses via various platforms. My university chose to offer classes using MS Stream, which works flawlessly. There is one problem: you cannot download videos. This means that we must continue to waste our internet every time we watch a video recorded. Do something. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars.

There are many problems with this app regarding video play 1. Each video can choose to change the quality. 2) The app doesn't display all my team members videos. Microsoft is my favorite, however, the microsoft streaming app doesn't have as much reach. Microsoft Teams is my favorite app. Microsoft Stream could use some improvement. Microsoft Stream is a wonderful app. I am grateful to everyone who helped me to create it.

It was great to be able to view video from my phone. I also liked the ability to view videos offline. Unfortunately, the basic functions are still lacking. The play button is too small and close to the timebar. It was difficult to use swipe gestures for rewind when I was watching a one-hour video. Rewinding 10 seconds took more time than trying to do it in 2 minutes.

The concept was very practical and worked well, but the app is slowly falling apart. The loading screen keeps popping up every five seconds, making it take a long time to view a recorded video. You could use the recording if you had a lot to do. It's not something I recommend.
