The app would not freeze if I followed all the directions that were provided with my camera. It worked after I tried the other reviews' suggestions. The app forgot the network every time it was used and turned off the mobile data. It would be a 1 star rating without the suggestions of other reviewers. Once you get the system working, it works well.

This app and its camera work great for me over the past few years. It's been used on Samsung Tab A, an iPhone, and a Samsung S6. The first setup was difficult. Many people don't realize that you must connect to WiFi devices to use the app. You will need to change your WiFi connection manually from one device to another. Thanks!

The device works, it is simple to use.

Galaxy S7 is not compatible. Will not accept inputs for endoscope password and wifi name. Can't change any settings - there is no way to save input. When you select any other icon, it crashes. It does not help to turn off your mobile data.

The wifi is difficult to set up. Alternative: You can connect this directly to your phone's micro USB port and use it as a usb otg cable (sans the "wifibox"), or you can also download the teamforce "OTGVIEW" for a more straightforward operation with no wifi lag.

People who aren't familiar with the system and its workings will leave negative reviews. Please read the instruction manual! The app is for wifi cameras. To use it, connect to your wifi network. It's very simple.

The wifi connection worked but the app wouldn't open. It disappears immediately when you attempt to open it. Huawei Honor can run Android 6.0.1 on my phone. Perhaps that is the issue, but it's not my fault.

A 16GB Android phone can lock up when the camera moves too close to an object. This is only fixed by a complete restart of endoscope and app. Even at the highest resolution object clarity can be marginal.

App runs fine on an older Trio AXS tablet with Android 4.2.2. The app is not responsible for the poor focus, which can be seen at 4 inches away from the target.

This endoscope was given to me a while back and I know how it works. The app doesn't connect to my Huawei Mate p20 Pro. I have installed it three times. my screen just stays black. It seems like a useless app based on all of the reviews.

Although the instructions came in a confusing package, I was able to connect it and it worked very well.

Try to use Garabge as an app. I tried 30 times, but it failed.

This app needs to be fixed. As everyone knows, when the camera's on, it turns the screen black. This product is needed by people who actually use it.

This has been working fine for me over the years. It's now just a blank screen.
