MONAT Connect for PC

There are some great things in it. It is not easy to send samples or buy them. How do I deal with prospects who want more than one sample, such as hair or skin? Or simply wish to have different choices. Sometimes the website that it links you to isn't working. It often shows a blank screen. As soon as an app updates occur, I must uninstall the program and reinstall it on every platform that I use. Otherwise, the updated content won't be displayed.

The videos and sharing options are great. However, the app does not allow me to send out samples. Customer Support has not responded to my request for help. I would love to have this app fixed. It would be worth it! :)

This app is great for meeting potential customers or partners. They can share my professional marketing material with me instantly. A drip campaign is something I love. It could be shared with more than two people per week. It would be great if this app was available on both my tablet and phone. This would allow for faster input of information. FYI: I also would like to import many people from conferences or conventions where 40-80 people stopped by booths to fill out information. Thank you for all your hard work in creating this app as well as all of the marketing material. AMAZING!

Poor sync with my smartphone. Does not save information when you transfer phones. Access to other messaging platforms is required. It also needs to be possible to trace when you copy a link from another app. It is not maintained frequently enough that it would be worth paying monthly. There is plenty of space to create stull

The app is great. It would be helpful to have instructions for each choice and how they are used. These are so easy to access. It would be wonderful if sheets and videos could be sorted alphabetically in each group. Thanks! Monat, we love you!

When I try to log in, it closes. For over a month, I've been trying to cancel my subscription. But, despite not knowing how to do it, the company is still charging me for it. I can't send any samples. Horrible experience

It is amazing. It needs to be updated to reflect 2021 information. Still reflecting November deals etc. Apart from that, I love how I can use my smartphone to send information to potential clients or existing customers.

Although I love the idea, it is very glitchy. Support did not respond to my request.

Last week, I signed up for pro back office to use this app. It won't let me log into it. App support says it is on Monat's end, and is redirecting me to app support. It's very frustrating.

My contacts are not synchronized. It is impossible to manually add contacts. Although it says that the contacts have been saved, they won't appear on my contact list.

The app has not been fully used by me so far. It is not possible to share links via Social Media, nor link at Linktrr. We are very disappointed as we have to pay for this service.

I can't even log in. My password and username keep telling me they are invalid. However, when I try to log in on monat vibe, or the website, it works fine. It is very frustrating.

My sampling link isn't working so many times. To get the app to work, I had to uninstall it and then reinstall it multiple times.

You can download the mobile app, but you won't be able to login. Although the app requires username and password to login, there's no way for new users or first-time users to choose.
