This app is reliable, easy and very user-friendly. This app is great for monitoring our camera system at work. It makes it easy to view them remotely when needed. It is extremely convenient to navigate playback and review the footage, or take a screenshot of suspicious activity. Many reviews don't seem to understand networking issues. It is possible for ports to close due to many reasons. However, this is not an issue with the app. This app will work flawlessly as long as you have the correct credentials.

It is very frustrating when things don't work properly. It's an annoying, epic failure that will never happen again. It works when it is working, so why does this continue to be an issue? This issue should have been addressed with the 11/2018 update.

Cameras can no longer be accessed via WiFi. We are now unable to access the DVR via WiFi after the November 1 update. It still works with 4G.

It worked until the latest update. It doesn't work for me because I am in business. Magic Viewer worked perfectly when I installed it. They also made it. I hope it does not suffer the same fate with its next update. Auto update is something I will also turn off.

I was disappointed that magic viewer would not function with the tablet. It worked with my tablet after I discovered Mr Patrol! We are grateful!

Camera system can disconnect from router multiple times per week. This app doesn't allow me to restart the router multiple times per week.

Since the very first use of this app, it has proved to be a pain in the rear. This app has never worked better than it did. The app was installed on a security camera system that I have never used. This system is not working and I am looking for another one.

It doesn't matter what people say, it works. You should get someone who knows how to do it. My system was set up by the cameraman, and it works almost all of the times.

The older version worked much better. It always displays the wrong IP address. Can't see most of it. This bug stating wrong IP Address needs to be fixed.

It's amazing! Although the update was excellent, it was very clear. However, I cannot connect to it. It keeps saying that IP is incorrect and port wrong when in fact it's not. We appreciate your efforts.
