Although they did well with the upgrade to 10GB, they now lock me out due to their updated password settings. I don't understand how they can lock me out of my internet. Although I don't know who the product owners are, they might fire them. The App is better and more responsive than the previous version.

The app didn't work for me. Your website allows me to login but I cannot log in. It's also impossible to log in to type site for your thuis subscription!

The app I used was one of my slowest. Refreshing data takes over a minute. You will also experience app freezes up to 50%. After that, you must close it and reopen the app. Sometimes, adding 1gb more internet can take a long time to activate. This is particularly annoying when you are watching netflix shows. Sometimes, 4g doesn't work. It will then fail again, so I must manually change to 3G and back to 4. The ads load quickly, and it works magic.

Poor UX, poor service, and redirects often to the website. English isn't supported in many areas of the app. They also charge extrajudicial costs if they don't get payment in time.

Sections that are slow and ineffective. It's not only useless but also very ugly. Comparing the app of T mobile to Lebara's is quite shocking. It is also difficult to comprehend that T mobile doesn't offer an English version, whereas smaller businesses have perfect English versions.

This app exists primarily to monitor my remaining MB. Even that failed, however. To correct the errors, please add a refresh button on the MB screen. This is similar to what you can do with the website which allows for a 30 second refresh. The app keeps displaying that your MB is at 80%, but you receive an SMS saying you are down to 80%. It's impossible to log in anymore. The username and password work in browser, but the app says it isn't correct. It's also confusing that I need to use the email address. However, T-Mobile Thuis is another account with the exact same email address. Although I don't know why usernames can't work anymore it's become an issue.

Provider-app is rather ineffective as it relates to experience. Update to reply to dev. The explanation is quite simple. There are still connectivity problems in the app, which causes time-outs. Account actions such as renewing my contract are redirected directly to my browser. I must use this website. The information in both the app and the website are identical, so why use the app?
