Your entire Virgin Mobile account is now available at your fingertips.
If you're interested in using My Virgin Mobile on your PC or Mac, you may be wondering how to download the app and get started. Fortunately, there are many resources available online that can guide you through the process similar to this article.
It was a 3 before, but now I give it 1 because it is just bullsh!t. It's broken since months. I've had it for at least three months. The app won't allow me to pay with my debit or credit card. It's a blank screen. I find it absurd that I must add money to a top-up card each month. (Requires me to go to the shop) Just to pay it. FIX THE APP or lose a customer.
Virgin Mobile changed the user interface of the app sometime between Friday October 19th and Sunday October 21st. According to Virgin, the change was supposed to only affect Android OS KitKat and earlier. It seems that it has affected my marshmallow-based phone and rendered the app inoperable. Virgin has been calling me on and off throughout the day, trying to make the app work again. Finally, I uninstalled and reinstalled it. That didn't work.
Absolutely garbage. It's almost impossible to pay via the app. It is slow and unstable. It refused to let me pay my bill with the card a dozen times. After that, it just sat at a blank screen until I returned to My Account. No error message. No explanation. It shouldn't be difficult to pay you money for my continued service. It was necessary to pay via phone and call, but it worked perfectly. Let me be very clear: I don't have any issues with the service. It is just that this app.
Similar to many others, it used to be possible to pay via this app. But now no matter how fast I try, it doesn't work. When I click on the second page to fill out my information, it loads but then the screen turns white instead of returning me to the original page. Although the app was not great to begin with, it's just now broken and I only want to give money to a company. It would make sense that they'd be willing to fix it.
I can't register my debit card in my bank account. It has been over a week since I tried to buy a 1G data package. Every time that I try, it just goes black. It is extremely frustrating. When I am not at home, my phone becomes useless.
Customer service is terrible. They yell at you throughout your call. I was transferred four times to unlock my virginmobile stylo 2, but somehow, sprint support reached me when I tried virgin mobile support for the first time. Sprint support said they could not help me as they were sprint support and not virginmobile. WTH, Sprint support is a joke, particularly when it comes down to listening to the customers. Thank you so much for wasting hours of my time.
Worthless. I am trying to change my autopay payment information. App crashed before I could finish. Website claims pin has 6 digits, but it is not. It won't allow me to log in. There is no way to get your pin through any other than the app. Equally useless is the phone system. I am considering quitting my service after this experience. It is ridiculous.
If I had to give zero stars I would. I have been a customer loyally since 2007. However, this crappy waste of phone space app won't allow me to top up my debit card account within a year. Their WORTHLESS "customer support" department cannot do their job. Sprint has the same attitude as !!!!!!!!!! and I will be moving my business to another company. !
You can't pay your bill with a checking account. My replacement debit card will not be issued until then, so my phone won't work. Additionally, my connection is cut off several times per day. It was frustrating. Customer service was also ineffective. The first person claimed I could access my checking account, while the second person stated that I couldn't.
App is often slow on WiFi, sometimes even stops working. I was happy to be able to switch data plans, but it is virtually impossible with this app. If it does not get betting, I will find another carrier.
The app did everything that I needed. But, I have no idea what has happened. I cannot pay my bill nor purchase data packages anymore. It seems strange to me. I will change my review if the situation changes. I couldn't find any online resources to assist me.
It is a completely pointless application. An outdated, pointless service provider. You will be successful in paying. You will have a great time contacting people. Good luck even logging on. It's no wonder Virgin is in decline. They don't take care of their customers. Migrating to the metro. As thousands of others before me
Voice to voicemail voice mail was purchased and signed up. I have tried text messaging Virgin Mobile 4 times, and it has failed to get me to voice mail. This is starting to wear me out. This makes me unhappy.
This app has not allowed me to pay my mobile phone bills for several months. Each time I input my card details, I am sent to a blank screen. I am seriously considering changing phone companies because they won't allow me to even pay my bill.
This app has the best encryption I have ever seen. After adding a credit card, it redirects me to a blank page. It doesn't even process my card information.
