NAB Mobile Banking App For Windows

Only 3 years have passed to integrate account statements in a mobile app... Finally! April 2021. The app crashes every time it updates. It will not work until I do a clean installation. This was the first time I reported it in 2018. This prominent feature has not been fixed three years after I first reported it. It seems like NAB communications is sleeping at the keyboard while I am looking stupid at the cashier performing a clean installation to allow me to pay. It would take less time to pay a $20 bill and 20c coins.

Google Pixel 6 Pro doesn't support cheque scanning. Multiple checks have not worked. It hasn't worked. I told the IT department, but they weren't interested in fixing it. They have better cheque scanning features than other banks!

It is a terrible app that you can use every day. It is a terrible app for everyday use. Nearly all the time that I use it, I must change my password. This defeats the purpose of the App. Sometimes it prevents me even from changing my password. In some cases, I have been connected with a person and asked for help. Should I change banks?

All I get since the last update is "WELL THAT DIDN’T WORK!" This seems to be a common problem, judging by other reviews. Beta testing involves releasing a new version. I tried the steps provided by NAB and it didn't work. I sent an email, as directed. It has been weeks since the reply. NAB's replies are meant to appear caring but in reality they just want users to believe that they actually care about solving problems. This didn't work.

It would have been great if it weren't for the battery problem. The app will not stop if I do not force it to quit every time. I am using the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 This was long overdue. The battery and CPU issue is still present. NAB is clearly better at taking advantage of their customers than fixing what should have been an easy problem for IT professionals. Update: Battery issue resolved. Hooray!

The screen's top left corner is constantly showing a red dot, but there is no notification! There are no notifications There have been no updates There are no messages. So why is it showing so many messages? Configure your Notification Settings with Note_to_Developers You can also remove the red icon from constantly showing for no reason. This post !... will be updated once this feature is removed or changed. *It's not like anyone cares !.."

Since a few days ago the app worked fine, but I cannot make any payments. Although I attempted to activate 'payments, it refused and logs me in again. It's possible to make online payments, but the payment feature on the mobile app isn't working. It has been my favorite tool for many years, but this problem is really frustrating.

It is very user-friendly and easy to use. There is always someone available to help if you have any questions! This app and connecting to NAB would be a huge benefit for small businesses, particularly if they are just starting out. I've been with one bank for 22+ years, but I didn't receive as much support and attention from NAB within 3 months. Customer who is truly satisfied.

I haven't been in a position to use the app in over three weeks. They tell you that the problem is not theirs and advise to uninstall it and redownload again to have the same issue. It crashes half way through the website's content, so I can't access it. Going to switch banks ....

For no apparent reason, my password keeps getting hacked, requires me to reset it repeatedly, and blocks biometrics. Even after resetting my passwords, I keep getting "error" messages. It's painful at best. It doesn't affect any other apps/biometrics. I have tried to update the app several times as NAB "help", but these problems still appear with regularity.

It is very useful. It would be great if there was an option/tab that showed the expenses. It would make it easy to see where customers spend and be able to manage them from one app.

This bank's app is why I have to quit. It is impossible to save PayIDs in your contacts list. You can't edit or delete Payees. The transfer limit for NAB has a maximum of 40K. Unfortunately, it's still banking in the 1990s.

It's functional, I don't mean that. It used to allow me to log in using biometric authentication, but I now have to enter my password manually every time. When they aren't, it says that my biometric credentials "have changed". It's really annoying. Support tried to contact me and told me to reinstall. It was obvious that I had done it before.

App worked flawlessly with no problems. I installed it on my latest phone but the app is unable to enable payments. The app prompts me to authenticate to allow payments, but I am then logged out due to "security" issues.

A STAR IS NOT WORTH IT! It will only be used for 1 day. I can't log in to my bank account. NAB is available four times per day. They hung up after I had waited 30 minutes and then they left me half an sentence. I was very disappointed in the stupid app and poor service. If it were possible, I would give zero stars.
