Office UC - Universal App For Windows

Disappointing. It works fine when it does, but almost every day the computer freezes up or refuses to close. This happens on the computer. Even worse is the mobile app. On certain days, sound quality may be poor. At one stage, the other person could not hear me. The only thing I could hear was my voice echoing back. It refused to open again after I had closed it. It was very poor.

It works great when it does, but it can be frustrating when it doesn't. It won't call another number after I make a recent call, so it has to be closed. It also doesn't have a help function. The file downloaded cannot be opened by my windows 10 or android devices. If there's a way to fix it, please let me know. I would be more pleased with this rating.

Poor app. To get the app to function properly over Wi-Fi, I had to turn off SIP ALG (router), as 4G was sufficient to ensure it didn't drop calls. It seems that it logs users in and out randomly, which is not good if there are calls waiting. A shocking BT service doesn't perform as it should. Each version of Android is just as terrible as the other.

This app is very unreliable and logs you out often without you being notified. You will need to log in again manually as the system doesn't save credentials. The app has a significant delay in calling you. You only get one call before the voicemail goes. Not all notifications get through. The app is not compatible with all mobile phones and routers. Even though the developers of the app support bounces, there is no customer service. It is less reliable because updates are not frequent.

It is horrible to use the UX/UI. If you miss a call you will press the number again to call them back. However, if they are already in your contact list, you won't be able to call them back. The next step is to look for the contact, and then call them. It looked marginally better than it did a month ago, but the functionality was much worse.

Hi, We are really struggling with your Office UC app com.broadsoft.officeuc.android v23.1.0.200. While v22.6.10.100 is working correctly, the latest version cannot make outbound calls. After trying to dial, it stops and says "Call Terminated". It rings exactly as it should and performs the exact same tests if we upgrade to v22.6.10.100. Your app version is different so please let me know if you need any advice. PS: I sent it to the email address you provided in your app listing, but it bounced back. If there are other ways to contact you, please let me know. Thanks.

The update to version 23 today is terrible! It has erased my login credentials since I opened it this morning. Great! It's great! The Directory screen is what I use to see my coworkers' statuses and who is calling me. This information is very useful when working remotely and we are still locked down. As well as the Windows Desktop App, the Directory screen shows wrong user statuses. This was cleared for publication.

The latest version does not work properly. I can hear the phone ringing, but cannot see the number or respond to the call.

It is a poor quality app that does not work well in mobile environments. This includes ringing in your ears while on a regular SIM call. The background does not function properly and the phone does not communicate with it.

It happens on every device that I've installed it. Only the missed calls or last few seconds are displayed. It's a waste of time to answer calls! Since then, I have committed my voice to teams.

The app constantly misses calls when my screen is turned off. This renders it useless as a soft phone solution. Reverted to Dec 2019. Version 22.6.10.100 - This works better, even when my phone has been set up in battery saving mode. The old version can be found on apkpure and by searching Google.

I agree with many people that the new update to the system is horrible. The call log history is not helpful. I prefer to have direct access the directory. It's what we are used to, and it is still a new feature. Numerous glitches that I reported to the provider. It's just not right that you have to log out, close and then open the app again to be able to call successfully. It's very frustrating ....

No-one can hear me!!! The app is not able to hear me when I call anyone through it. My phone is fine. People can still hear me through my smartphone, but not via the app. No one knows how to repair it. I tried restarting my phone and reinstalling this app. It is essential for me to work at home because of COVID19. I can make and take calls using my phone number, but I also need to transfer calls between coworkers. Please, can anyone assist me?

The latest update was installed and I can't see any changes. There is no visible contact list, and I cannot access the hidden list. This was an extremely long workaround that I accidentally discovered. It drops calls, and is generally less reliable than before the June 20th update.

An app that is a joke. Logs me out constantly, often when I answer a phone call. Normal calls can still ring even if you're on a voicecall. You can't use your earphones to pick up and hang up. The contact list is inoperable
