Even if the device is brand new and empty, app functions are very slow. Your preview cannot be redirected quickly. The file cannot be shared directly with other applications. It worked briefly, then stopped working. It worked perfectly when I installed the app, connected to my new security system and it was still working fine after that. My device stopped working after a week. Tech support Cathy tried every trick, but the device wouldn't connect to my application. The Lite version was downloaded and it works, but lacks the same features as Pro.

Mediocre. Some are better than others. Multiple emails are required to set up and access one system from multiple devices. It would be great to have better control over system parameters. Video sometimes stops due to "unstable Internet connection".

Camera connection keeps dropping even though Wi-Fi signal strength is high and all cameras work fine. It is slow, and the UI is boring.

This app does not work on iPad. It connects ..... and then reconnects offline. On my Android it works, but you need to keep adding devices.
