Paycom for PC

Excellent app to use for work shifts! It's easy to modify punches in an emergency or for mistakes. Approval of your weekly schedule is one of the most annoying aspects. However, this may not be an issue at work. It would be great to receive biweekly reminders. The app is slow to load and I sometimes have to wait for it to open in order to clock in. It could also be a connectivity issue or android problem.

The app is flawed in two major ways. 1) I keep getting a reminder every 30 minutes to reset my clock after lunch. This app is completely ineffective and distracting. 2) After a short time, it logs me out. The app appears to be crashing when it does this. The app attempts to load a webpage, but fails. It then prompts me to press a button to get to the login page. This takes 10 seconds. Why not take 10 seconds for this process to fail? Don't waste my time.

It's better than ADP which doesn't set a very high standard. It has many other problems that it can solve, and it is better than ADP. The app is used very rarely and only for the most essential tasks. Although the web site doesn't do much, it is helpful in understanding how to navigate through all of its components. It was a difficult transition and it still feels messy. Since switching, I feel more micro-managed and that's a good thing since I am a manager.

App unstable. It loses data only on a weekly basis in the best case. It can be fine for upto a week before losing data. 2) The clock in/out time is determined by when the server receives them, not when they are actually sent. You will need to adjust your time several times per week if you are working in an area with poor internet connection. I have been locked out of my app for the second time by an update. Paycom App doesn't recognize my credentials, just like it did last time.

It is extremely slow! To get this app to work took just three minutes. It takes forever to do anything. It will never work, and it will tell you that you are not connected to the correct network, regardless of how many times it is refreshed. It is very cheap and of low quality. However, it works.

There could be more stars. I would like to mention that you cannot select an "username" without having it be an email. You might also want to see confirmation before changing your tax filing status. This would allow you to return to the edit screen that you are at now, but not knowing if it did any work. I would also like to emphasize one more thing. Sign in to the app and I am then greeted with a splash screen reminding me to download it. It seems redundant.

Just completed my application for employment with the company. However, the print in the site is too small and I am having trouble completing the quizzes. Although I am visually impaired, I have trouble reading small print. The creator of this app and software should have allowed users to adjust font sizes. If I could read the small print, I would probably be able to pass this quiz.

This new system crashed every time I tried to connect it to my work network. For punch-ins, it takes forever to connect with an IP address. Paycom also caused all W2s to be misplaced. Paycom forgot to add state taxes. This was an absolute disaster. It was fixed. It just seems like there's not enough time to make this app ready for release. This app has tremendous potential. It may be best for small businesses.

The app is very slow. It can take up to 15 seconds to display any indicator that an option or button was clicked. The actual loading time of those options is also slow. The interface is difficult to use. I made an error while completing annual open enrollment. It took me about half an hour to find the way to go back to the option to decline the option. These tasks should be easy but not overwhelming.

The app works great and I have never encountered any issues. It would have been nice to be able to use the app more easily and not need to "learn" so many of its features. I needed to know how to view my shifts and request a punch change. Some things that were not obvious had to be explained to me by another person. It's an excellent app.

Paycom requires me to create a pin every time I log in to the site. This is not a difficult task, but I must enter it on my desktop. I also need to provide a username and password. It seems redundant and a waste of time, particularly on a personal computer. The app displays a notification with permanent messages from the supervisor. There is no way for me to turn it off. After pressing the message icon on the screen, I can see the message and navigate away. The message notification always returns. It is a visual nuisance.

Very user un-friendly. There are too many options and fields. You can't see the content if you use too many menu options. The app has pushed me in and out on four occasions. You must go to too many areas in the app to request changes, deletions, or other requests. All edits require approval from the employer. Log-in takes a while to load, spinning around.

It is a terrible application. I waste my time and log hours because the application doesn't save me 90%. Pay stubs cannot be saved. Many of these "features" don't even work. This is why I prefer the mobile web client. Never update an app that is working if it's not broken.

Although it is functional, the interface could be better. I suggest that you have the ability to choose default settings when clocking in. Users don't have to pick the exact same three options each day when they clock in. This would make it feel much more user-friendly and less frustrating than the tedious task of clocking in.

Horrible! The login process is outdated. My username and password are correct, however it keeps rejecting every single time. It is very simple to log in to applications. App seems to be very slow in updating my information. It's not me, because I just got a new phone. The app also jumps from page to another, as if it is deliberately skipping necessary steps. It's very frustrating! It is a garbage app! !
