Before the update, you could set the IR time and date to start turning on. This allowed "automatic" night recording. Since the IR was turned off, the camera can't detect motion or record nightly. This in turn causes all images to remain in Black and White. This feature's loss is extremely detrimental to both the functionality of the camera, and its advertised abilities. Developer was reached but did not respond

This app has been my companion for over a year. THIS APP IS NOW BROKEN !!!! After I have left the house, the camera switches over to LTE and it says "request for service". Many times I've followed the instructions exactly. It seems like there is an interface problem with the phone and the home router via the app. Or, the July update broke the link for certain models. The Zetronix Hestia Nanny Cam is my Hestia alarm clock. Please Fix! !

As with all other Gang.zhang apps, the camera cannot be connected via mobile data or external WiFi. Do not waste time setting up configurations and settings. It's just a garbage app, like all the others. It only works on WiFi at home, which defeats the purpose of the camera.

It does not work over the phone network, or Wi-Fi when you're away from your home. It is the same issue that I had with the previous versions. After the update, this app wasn't tested. Four cameras were installed on my phone, but they're all now useless.

Multiple reports of the same problem. It does not work remotely. Access is only possible if you are connected to the same WiFi network as your camera. This renders it useless. This is the camera for you if you need it to be able to view in different rooms of your house.

Find another camera. It started out fine, but it keeps losing connectivity after a few days. After that, it takes five to six attempts to get it online again. This usually means that you have to wipe everything and start over. The camera is great, but app control is terrible.

It worked perfectly until recent. The camera is now not visible when my wifi connection is not available. It will only say "logging in" when I reconnect to my WiFi. It seems like this isn't something I am doing alone. Fix it! This app is amazing.

It was a simple test. Two cellphones are mys. The first is an Android phone and the second is an iPhone XR. Two networks are also available on my WiFi home network. These cameras can be accessed via my guest Network, which is open to all. Both of my phones are connected to the main Network. Both phones cannot connect to the main Network. Both phones connect to the guest WiFi when I switch them both. My only connection is to the local or internal network. It is impossible to connect via public WiFi. It all began two months ago. My old cameras had gone bad, and I was prompted to purchase new ones. They are performing the same. IT GUY since the age of 30. The company opened an account with me. The cameras were fine, they said. It is most likely the App. Two houses have 2 cameras each. One of my homes uses Hotwire as its ISP. Comcast is the ISP in my house. Both places have the same issue.

It's simple, reliable, and clean. It doesn't matter if you have problems with the app. You may not be able to follow the simple directions or are too far from your router. Check your wifi strength

Keeps freezing, but not recording. Keeps losing wifi connection. Blank videos are recorded 90% of the time to SD card. Local recording takes only a few seconds. Sometimes, offline recording is possible. Although Motiin6 records an alarm photo, it does not record all the time.

Prior to the last update, things were much more stable. Playback has become very slow and weak, with devices constantly disconnecting or freezing. Everything that was done since the last update must be undone

No Longer Connects. It used to be great. It no longer works and the cameras say that they are logging in. It's really frustrating! This issue needs to be fixed!

Only camera can be connected to wifi. Remote access is not possible. It's completely useless. It used to be great. Updated everything. Logging in is not required, but it's a common error.

It won't connect to the camera wifi.. it worked 2 months ago, but now it doesn't show the number of your camera. Remote function doesn't work, even if you log into your wifi at home to remote view.

Remote viewing no longer works I wouldn't recommend this product until it has been fixed.
