Provision CAM 2 for PC

The cameras have been flickering on and off for about 10 minutes every time it starts up since the last update. The app disappears after I have received an alarm message. I can't view them anymore. The old app is better. Fix it ASAP.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra receives notification notifications from my Notification Bar, but it won't let me play. It doesn't show any new notifications when I click the Provision Cam 2 Notification icon within the app. This problem must be fixed.

There are still no fixes for 23 March 22. Numerous problems have arisen since the update, ranging from connectivity loss at startup to 10x reconnect when connecting via the server list. There are a few triggers displayed on the notification screen, but when you select one it will bring up the app. The main screen notifications are now removed and can no longer be seen.

Great app !!!... It allows me to view my dogs even when I am away. In the latest mobile app (1.8.7) I was unable to add my DVR into my Provision account. The message says "The device version was too low." Upgrade. Please upgrade.

This software is far superior than I expected, despite the negative reviews. It does a lot more. Although my expectations may be low, I found this program to be reliable, user-friendly, comprehensive, and easy to use. Bravo to all the developers. The desktop and embedded recorder software are both great, but the Android version doesn't seem to be a shame.

It works, but is slow to start because it wants all cameras systems connected, which I don't have many. Only connect the image that is displayed. The camera that was last seen isn't connected when the screen goes off and then comes back on. It is important to notice the yellow colour of the motion when the playback is finished. This is difficult to discern on white landscape mode.

They were terrible in tech support. I wish they had five stars. My LAN could not be connected outside of my home network. I called their technical support. Their tec support was arrogant and short-tempered, but they couldn't resolve the problem. After watching some YouTube videos, I realized that I only had to scan the barcode on the screen. I was able to make the necessary changes to my router that their tech team suggested. Their outsourced support staff should be trained better, or they could get fired!

It's not great. It was not great. After the alarm goes off, playback ceases and skips forward for 3 minutes.

Love the app and use it every day since I have 6 properties with cams. The only issue is that the latest update makes it extremely slow to view the cameras. The previous version was fine. Perhaps you can take a closer look at it. Nonetheless, you got my support. Thank you!

It is intuitive and very user-friendly. You can manage your connected CCTV cameras and other functions with ease. You can use Virtual Reality if you connect a Fisheye camera to your Fisheye camera! So cool! The Provision Cam 2 app allows me to manage face recognition: I can choose an image from my Album or take a photo of the face right from the App. This allows me to build my own face database right from my smartphone!

Cameras are not visible. It worked well for a while, but then it stopped working. It doesn't matter what I do, restart my phone or delete the app and install it again. When I click on settings, they don't show up. App changed from a 5- to a 2-second-old.

This works flawlessly on my nearly 5 year-old phone. It is very fast to search over the network for video. There are some options that the NVR does not offer, but this isn't a problem. It's a great product!

Although it used to be working fine, I am unable to connect to my home server. The whole thing is not working for me. It doesn't matter how many times I reboot, restore factory settings or otherwise modify the device and install the app again.

It does what is stated on the box. The interface allows you to playback and shows the camera stream. The buttons are not always sized correctly, so scrolling through the timeline is difficult when you zoom in. Excellent concept but poor execution.

This app worked on my IPhone before, and I have used it a few times. However, the user interface is unprofessional and unintuitive, making me only use about 10% of its functionality. Recently, I upgraded to Android OnePlus Nord N105G. After configuring the app, it fails to connect to the server.
