It works great. It works great! The system is still working as intended, despite being set up by me more than six months ago. I'm pretty sure that the problem is not with the app, but rather the router or DVR/NVR settings. They don't know how to fix it. Most people don't care about DDNS settings, they want to just plug and play. If you are interested in CCTV, then learn some things.

This app is a complete waste of time. It's so unreliable that it doesn't work when you really need it. Always says connecting failed. For months, I have not been able access the cameras. Smart eyes pro is my other premises. It works each time.

This was set up by an IT professional on my LG G5. The app worked up until the time I shut it down. Since then, it prompts me to sign up every time that I open the app. This I have done many times. After I had closed the app, my guest account was not able to be used again. Although I received new credentials that allowed me to zoom and steer our cameras, the question of how to register it is still being asked. After uninstalling, I reinstalled the app and need to obtain a URL. I am too dumb to speak for the unresponsive IT idiot.

Since the last update, I've lost my start review button and can't get that to work. I can't seem to find any way of getting in touch with anyone. I am very frustrated and dissatisfied

Only works locally. Every attempt to log on remotely fails. There is no manual available. The password reset email does not arrive.

It is a waste of money to not allow you to use other WiFi or mobile data in order to view the cameras.

It won't connect to the wifi network. When I try to enter the password, it says "The ssid" and I have to type that again.

It is very inconsistent, it sometimes works but most times doesn't. Although I rarely use it, I do occasionally need the app. However, I can't log into the app when I'm in need.

Remote viewing is not possible with the App. WHY??? ?

This app does not work on mobile data (samsung 8), but wifi works fine. Please help.

This app does not work for me. I cannot figure it out. As usual, there is no support or instruction.

It is an excellent app, but sometimes it stops working after a while. Then it starts up again.

Not the greatest app. I've been locked out of my phone for the last two weeks because the camera was offline. What is the problem? Martin
