All notifications that I receive from the Mobile app now take me directly to my main account, even though they are related. They open to main account "diary entries" / Announcement instead of opening to sibling "diary entries"/"Announcement". Even though the assignment is "offline", notifications for assignments open on "online assignments". It was a bit slow overall.

The application was running perfectly but it stopped working after updating. Since last week, I have been unable to log in.

Multiple login attempts were made, including a reset password. However, the app won't accept new passwords. It is not user-friendly. It was designed for students aged 1-10 years old. This app should provide a simple, excellent user experience.

It is really slow and I have tried to uninstall it several times but it still doesn't work correctly, especially its notification function which so many people are experiencing. Even after you search all options it does not take you back to where the notification was sent and then it buzzes with notifications.

Multiple devices have the same behavior: Notifications not cleared. You will need to either restart your phone or disable notification. Then, you can enable it. It is urgent that you fix it. Thank you.

It was not storing my login credentials after I updated the app. The password was reset. OTP is sent to my registered email. After entering OTP, it displays a webpage error. It is not possible to reset my password. I cannot use the app now.

It is terrible, and the new version from MCB has been redesigned. Even after multiple password resets, it still refuses to allow you login. What is the best way to update? ?

As a ryanite, this app is amazing. I love it.

Problem Major! It was telling me that my account had been logged out. This was something that I noticed when I opened the app today. It says my password is wrong when I try to enter it. However, when I look at my password history it shows that the password is correct. When I request OTP it doesn't give any. It's really frustrating!

This app is a great app. It makes it easy to do assignments, classes, and announcements.

Unable to log in. The password and user ID are not being accepted. It is not even possible to receive the OTP for password reset.

This app deserves 0 stars. First, school costs a lot and cannot afford to make good apps. Second, this app is like the (guu), most frustrating app in the entire world. I tried for over an hour to get this app from apple store but it wouldn't download. My internet speed and memory are also great. I have given up on this app.

The app stopped working after I updated it. So I had to reset my password. I did not receive my registered mobile number from otp. After I sent an email to reset my password, it still did not work. Do not use

The app is terrible. The app was updated on the 24th of June 2022. I was logged out when I attempted to login again.

We are not satisfied with the username, email, and password display. Ryan is not what you want. Please look into this problem
