If you're interested in using Samsung Level on your PC or Mac, you may be wondering how to download the app and get started. Fortunately, there are many resources available online that can guide you through the process similar to this article.
These are amazing! The problem with Bluetooth is that it disallows text notifications from your phone when connected to Bluetooth. It can be heard only via the headphones. It's software related, Samsung confirmed this via an online chat. It rings using earbuds, phone to make a call and buds for text messages. If you don't wear your buds for a lot of time, it is possible to receive a message and not be aware. They should fix this issue with software updates. You have to check your phone once a minute for text messages
Bluetooth level headphones had connectivity issues. After about one month of great use, the app stopped recognizing them and would not connect. Updates were performed, BT worked normally. Uninstall/reinstall was done. I restarted the phone and checked for any problems with connections to other BT device. The headphones were charged using the correct charging cable. They indicated that they had full power, and worked correctly. However, the app didn't work at all. The app worked, and the headphones were great.
The app is 5-stars compared to my previous phones. The app is currently on the S9 Plus and it constantly TURNS OFF ALL NOTIFICATIONS FOR (SMS/MMS) MESSAGING. These are the top three uses for headphones (aside from being the main driver of both ears, which was -3 distinct pairs that stopped working after 3 month), and 1. Music, etc. ; 2. Phone calls; 3. Announcing/Reading calls/messages. Main headphone driver is not functioning, and app keeps removing messages from NOTIFICATIONS. Are there any ideas?
It requires too many permissions. The app used to let you adjust equalizers, etc. but it now only reports on which Bluetooth devices have been connected. This app does not appear to serve any useful purpose. App is unnecessary as the headphones are excellent.
The headphones are great, however I am disappointed by the inability to check the messages. My phone is on silent at work, and I prefer being notified via vibration when I receive a message. This problem must be fixed. It keeps re-checking itself throughout the day, which is frustrating!
This app is amazing. Negative reviews are not worth it. You will need to be careful about what you should do. This is in contrast to not following the instructions or doing nothing at all. This means that if your are not a good follower of instructions or lazy, you will not be able use this app. This app is for those who want their music to sound better via the Samsung Level bluetooth speaker. If you don't have the patience or the willingness to learn how to properly use it, this app will improve your music quality significantly and very impressively. Jazz music is my favorite, as well as classical and traditional music from around the world. My music is very important to me. This app would be a terrible experience, as many of the reviewers have claimed. I'd also write a negative review. The app is not the horrible thing that many of these reviewers claim it to be. The app makes the Samsung Level speaker much more powerful, more efficient, and more fun to use. Get it. You'll see.
Are there any options to separate sound? Previously, you could choose from which source the sound comes from (Samsung Level or your device). However, this choice is not available anymore. It is urgent that you bring it back. It was very helpful.
Samsung is let down by terrible software. Constant problems. Two Samsung speakers are my daily companion. It can take you anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes some days to get them working properly. They may drop out of work and not connect to it again. It can happen that everything seems to be working but there is no sound. They worked perfectly yesterday, once i switched them on. Today? There is no hope. It's not possible for them to have it all. Useless.
This app is the best and works well with my Samsung u Flex. It is great for monitoring my battery status and controlling the volume of my headphones. It's very easy to use, and quite handy. Highly recommended for the Samsung wireless headphones. Simple interface. Another point to note is that Samsung can add the interface with battery percentage. Samsung should respond. If it does, that would be amazing. Let's see.
About 6 months ago, I purchased a Samsung A50 headphone and a Level one. Both worked perfectly. Six months later, I decided to install the Samsung Level app out of curiosity. Since I downloaded the app, my headphone was constantly disconnecting from and connecting to different places randomly. This app only shows you the current battery status. It is useless otherwise.
The app was fine when I purchased Level U in 2018. However, today the app disconnected after connecting to my Level U2. It asks to connect Level device. It will most often display that it is not able to connect with Samsung Audio. This issue must be fixed immediately! !
Auto-connect fails to work because it isn't allowed to use the location service in Android 11. It's not necessary to do that. This is just one of those dependencies that no one, even the developers, fully comprehends. Yes, it is. And why not request EVERY PERMISSION in case you need them? Samsung is so secure! This is a bunch of rubbish!
Poor connection settings. The app doesn't recognize my headset. After un-pairing my phone, I attempted to connect via the app but it didn't work. The app shows that the device has been paired, but it is still trying to connect. Did you test it before making this available to the public? This app can be uninstalled and the headset returned.
This Earbud was purchased a few days ago and it has been very good. It sounds great. It was easy to use, even though the equalizer wasn't there. It has been quite reliable in terms of battery life. I have enjoyed answering phone calls and playing music. The Bluetooth connection is quick and takes only seconds. Once the Bluetooth device is turned on, it connects to mine immediately. Then I can just press play mode and my music starts automatically. Samsung deserves praise for this app, but it can be improved!
This app was installed to lower the volume of notifications. They are way too loud on the lowest settings. The app only supports Bluetooth connections. This app is not installed as it couldn't perform this task. The app is not able to handle a Bluetooth connection, and I have only given it one star.
