Every time I attempt to login, the app crashes. When I can't look up shipping status from outside the office, it is difficult to track customer orders. This causes me and my customers to be in financial difficulty since I am unable to organize.
Sara Plus's most important feature is its ability to place orders. It appears as an option, but it displays reporting information instead. This should be fixed by your developer. Access to the app is expensive for companies. This review will be updated once the issue is resolved.
It is impossible to log in. Multiple times I have tried to use my password, but it still won't let me login. It also doesn't offer an option for forgetting password.
