If you're interested in using SEMS Portal on your PC or Mac, you may be wondering how to download the app and get started. Fortunately, there are many resources available online that can guide you through the process similar to this article.

SEMS Portal App For Windows

The app lacks many functions.. It is impossible to overlay and compare data from different days. The user interface looks slow, almost like it's made by 12 year-olds. There is no way to add up multiple days of your generation or see what day they were from (keeps saying 0). There is no way to modify your earnings over a period of time (e.g. when the energy price changes). Etc.. Etc.. Etc.

Poor app. You don't have much choice. Last update couldn't adjust parameters for inverter in ECO Mode. Everything just takes timeouts. This issue aside, 1 stars is a good rating

Data and readings like voltage, current and frequency were available in the old portal. These data are important to me as the area grid in my area is not stable. The inverter has become hanged and is unable to sync to the grid due to grid disturbances during frequency oscillation or main power line switching. It was discovered early so I rebooted it. I hope it will work tomorrow.

This is a complete waste of time. The data for today is shown in each graph. Selecting a Year Overview will show only one bar with the current year's production. It is useless

It was a bit difficult to get it set up initially, but once that was done everything worked fine. Once it is all set up, the device can be used quite easily.

This app is terrible. The interface is not intuitive and is too complicated for new users. It doesn't appear that there are any tutorials or user guides, nor is there an explanation. It's not clear to me what I am reading.

Generation Today and Generation for Month both show the exact same numbers. The data is not available for more than a day. It is difficult to use this graph because it doesn't allow zoom. It is a disappointing app considering the amount of visualisations and data that are possible.

Poor app that gives very little information about its use. There is no way to compare data or create time frames. Each update is worse.

Daily graphs should also include current generation days, just like the goodwe application. It is very annoying to see the daily graph one-day behind.

Since June 2021, this app no longer shows data. It is difficult to set up Wi-Fi properly. It tells me every time I try to connect to solar wifi that it is not working correctly and I have to reconnect. This problem must be fixed.

The profit ratio section is only available in US$. It doesn't convert to INR Rs when I try it. Please fix this issue

This app has never had any issues. I created an account on SEMS Portal and downloaded the app. It was easy to log in. The main screen displays daily power generation data. I can tap the inverter button at the bottom to see the inverter data. Landscape mode displays more graphs. It was however impossible for me to update the app.

This needs a lot more work. Although the daily generation graph looks great, viewing the monthly bar graphs is very difficult. It's difficult to alter the year by swiping left and right. This is often why it doesn't work. Perhaps an arrow button that you can tap would be better. It would also be great to have the ability to see a comparison between a month and the same year, but this is not possible. It is very awkward and clunky.

It does what it is supposed to do, but there are many things that could be done to improve its performance and make it even more useful. You must disconnect from the Local network to set up WiFi. The Inverters hotspot will then be connected. This is a very incongruous approach as both devices already have access to the Local network. The WiFi hotspot can be very unstable, disconnecting often while updating settings.

This app does not have a button that can be used to close it. Although it appears to close when it is minimized, it runs in the background. This is because it doesn't reconnect or refresh when it's opened again. My only solution is to force it to stop in the app manager. This will cause it not restart and update itself when it opens again.
