SonoHealth App For Windows

My readings have finally been synchronized and I am able to pair them. It was my hope that the time and date would be corrected automatically when I paired them and synced. My readings are inaccurate because I cannot adjust the time and date in the app. There is also no option to take notes, as described in the manual.

Frustrated. The device worked well for the first two weeks. The app crashed. It was then back. I reinstalled, twice. The old password won't be accepted and the new password cannot be reset. A reset link was sent to my email, but it did not work several times. App messed-up, decent device

Can't log into app. My readings sometimes miss obvious points. It may detect something dangerous but I cannot log in to the app again. It is stupid to pair this monitor with an app that must be installed. It should allow us to view past readings directly on the monitor.

This unit does an extremely poor job at analysis. Too often, "no abnormalities", but the trace may still show irregular activity. The user's guide states that you can add notes or edit the trace data. This is not true. I questioned them about that, and they said that the tracings are currently in beta testing with no set date. Cust Svc seems to be non-existent. 2 messages to them were answered by only one; plus, they opened one "ticket", but no reply to this. A cardiologist reviewed the online review and concluded that it was not recommended.

was good, now few problems....purchased unit from Amazon last year, thought it was best on mkt. Good EKG representation/accurate/but poor delivery of results in PDF. It was a great tool for my cardio. This is not a treatment for pain. One year later the unit no longer keeps accurate time. It is off by 45 minutes. It is still possible to use the suggested. Switch off/on to read seconds mode. You can change the date, but it will not allow you to return for a fresh reading. It's a shame, because I loved this unit a lot.

An error occurred when I tried to open the application. It was resolved after a few emails. The app seems to work fine together with it. The app and product are great and I would highly recommend them.

Updated 1 Week Later: SonoHealth CEO Dan Stoyan sent an email to me asking about my initial low rating. He apologized for any inconvenience caused and promised to listen and make the experience better. His team and he were absolutely successful! The problems were fixed on their part. Although I had to still create a new account through the app, it was incredibly easy to do so. They almost got four stars, but I had to create another account. Their excellent support and communications made it worth the effort. FIVE STARS! You are a great team! Best wishes for the future. For reference, the original 1-star review can be found below. The app does not allow me to log in or use the forgotten password link. This is a serious problem that I hope the developer addresses. It only got one star because I don't know if it is worth my time. Does anyone know of any alternative apps that work with the SonoHealth EKGraph? If it isn't fixed quickly, I will send the EKGraph back to Amazon before the window closes. Then I'll suggest that SonoHealth be changed to SonoVabich.

The big Android update has caused the synch problem. You can unpack the thing. The device is still reading, but it won't synch the data. It's really annoying that I must return it all, because the app was not updated at the right time.

Initial error was a Server Error, but the support team quickly corrected it. Once you are used to the interface, it syncs very well. The desktop app works great, but it is difficult to locate on the website. It does its job very well. Thanks!

Three months later, I can still get the device to sync and allow me to log in. Although the EKG results were good, without registering or logging in I am unable to share them with my doctor. Although the app claims to have a log-in update, it doesn't work. It is a very disappointing product.

Excellent PRODUCT. Bad app. Although the product is great, I cannot sync it with my mobile app. This was why I purchased this device. My doctor could see my data. If the app doesn't work, I will return the money and get a new product.

Great App for SonoHealth EKGraph ECG monitor. The app allows you to access your ecg readings directly from the device. You can also save or print (pdf), as many as you wish. This app allows you to transfer directly from your phone to the device via Bluetooth. There are no subscription fees and there is no need to wait for cloud uploads or third-party services.

The app won't let me into my SonoHealth EKG Monitor. The app says it is having trouble !!!!!. It is impossible for me to change things and see my results in more detail. The app wouldn't have worked if I knew. I would have bought a new monitor. PLEASE FIX !!!!! !

It is too great. The app is accurate and does not contain annoying advertisements. It also sends out notifications when abnormal results are found quickly. It is a great app for people who are concerned about their health.

It works well. The manual states that you can add notes to the reading. However, this feature seems to be gone as there isn't a drop-down menu icon. It's a bit of a pain.
