It is horrible. The app comes with a widget that sometimes works to adjust noise cancellation mode but sometimes doesn't. The widget is not grayed and has never shown battery life. The widget measures 5x2. It only changes modes. It would be better to make the widget a 1x1 image, so that I can scroll through all three modes by tapping it. Although the app is good, I'm tired of having to open it every time I want to switch noise modes. I also tire of pressing the bud button repeatedly to toggle modes.

It was great headphones, and a very good app. You get an ad that you cannot skip every time you open the app. The headphones were recently updated and the default ambient sound settings are now used. You will need to manually change it. This is a very interesting change from the previous situation where they placed an ad each time you open the app.

You will be forced to view a full-screen ad each time you open an app. Or, you can switch back to the opened app. It does not have a way to automatically pause the music when you switch to transparency mode. This means that if you want to speak to another person, you will need to both pause or change modes. It is very nice. It seems invasive. I decided to refuse to have it installed on my personal smartphone and to use it only on my business phone.

Edit: These issues still exist... Okay, the app works great. However, the superior sleep mode turns off automatically after a certain time regardless of how long it has been running. The app's battery optimization was turned off, but that didn't work. The app also shows me "connecting" every time it opens, which is slowing down the experience and is annoying.

It works well and is not too annoying when I open the app to activate my earbuds' settings. It did however display an advertisement for their latest product. I don't own the one that I purchased for over a month. Although it was not a long wait, I found the advertisement annoying enough that I couldn't skip.

So far so good! This app takes the heads to another level! You can select a specific setting to podcast from the default settings. The sound is clear and clean! It is fun to experiment with different sound modes and ambient sounds. They are great for me when the surrounding area is quiet and I'm meditating. It is extremely useful.

The wireless earpods have been great. I also found the app to be easy to use remotely. However, it was frustrating to pay a steep price for them only to see an AD pop up when I tried to monitor the battery level. Seriously? Give a great user experience and get a handle on it. This is the way you make me buy again. Not by threatening me with ads. Update 6/22/22 - How wonderful that ads still exist for a product I don't like. App of the Class A.

This app is useful for managing my Bluetooth devices. It's very convenient to use the Wakey alarm clock from my bed. The inclusion of advertisements feels like an unnecessary form of monetization. You don't need to try and sell me anything more when I have your products.

To control wireless headphones, you need to enter a password in order to access the app. My app is secure and I don't worry about someone hacking it to turn on or off the sound cancelling or tone control. This product is not worth my time.

The app has impressed me so far. It has made it much simpler to use my Soundcore Speaker. You can use the built-in EQ to adjust for almost any music. You can choose the one that best suits you. My speaker is often used to drown out an exercise machine or play podcasts. These settings were easy to create.

The app is required to connect your device to the Bluetooth. It can be difficult and time-consuming once you are done. It allows you to control lights, equalizers and other functions.

It's not clear if this is the latest update but I did notice it. I took the hearID test again and now I can hear all the sounds. There were previously tones I could not hear. There was a curve. It's now flat. It's not clear if it is a problem, but I feel that this makes the feature less useful. My age was preventing me from hearing the tones I should be hearing, however changing it to 20 produces the exact same result.

It would be great if there were an option to adjust the sound of my notification. The Assistant is a great tool, but it makes a very loud and unbearable sound when I turn it on. You can only turn the Bluetooth volume down to reduce its impact on calls. What is the problem? Edit: My last sentence describes FFS. It would be great if there were a DEDICATED volume option. The dedicated widget also needs to be activated better.

Updated April 20,22: The app doesn't seem to work even after this update. It can be set up alarms but it doesn't connect with my Wakey alarm most of the times. The app has stopped communicating with my Wakey. I'm not sure what's happened over the past few days. All app data has been deleted and uninstalled. However, the app won't allow me to change or set alarms or play radio. The bluetooth connection to my Pixel 4 XL works perfectly, however the app freezes every time I attempt to modify something.

Very fast connection. Excellent controls. You have to set the earbuds again every time you pair them. This is irritating. Both buds will automatically turn up volume for a single tap. This is irritating when using them at work. You cannot adjust the volume settings because you forgot to do so everytime. Great buds overall! What can be done to fix this situation?
