Tachogram doesn't explain this well, but you must enable OTG on Android phones so that the reader can connect with your phone and the app. The app works well for the purpose it was intended. Although it has a monthly fee, it is reasonable and will likely be there for many years. It is a modern and attractive alternative to traditional notepads.

The interface is simple, syncs to the cloud immediately, organizes records, it's very user-friendly, and the device that you use for the app can be very small, well designed, and easy to store. To keep track of all my activities and avoid any infractions, I always download my card after each shift. You cannot organize the least date to the last in the app. This means that you must scroll down for 28 days until you reach the last day.

It was working fine, but suddenly it started to display an error message ("analysis failed" or something similar), after I downloaded my card.

I update the app and try to download my Tacho Card. It sends me an error message "Analyzing Data". The app has been paid for three months ahead of time. 26.08.2019 was the expiration date (first month). Is there something wrong? This is a status update on my issue. The problem was solved by Tachogram. They were very quick to solve it. Again, 5 stars! !

This app is a bit ambiguous at first. Although it doesn't give you an estimate of the cost, I'm very happy with my trial. It helps me track my time and not have to depend on my supervisors. . It should be affordable so I'll upgrade. Yes, I bought the gadget reader. It was a good investment.

First, I purchased the subscription. Then I planned to purchase the card reader. It took 4-6 weeks for delivery, meaning it was sent directly from China. I searched Amazon to find a similar reader. The same reader was cheaper and shipped the next day. However, I cannot use the app because the support said it only works with the Amazon reader. It is scam. They claim you can use any reader.

I was logged out of the app and can't log in again. App is running flawlessly now that it was re-uploaded by the technical team. Many thanks!

After resolving pricing issues, the app was able to work well. However, I cannot log in now because it makes a silly error when I try to enter my login information. If they want to tell me it's due to my phone, how did I do this? UPDATE: The main site is down. I'm wondering if the bank will refund the amount I paid. This app has been working fine for me for several months. The app is not downloading my card in the last 4 days. All it shows is an "error". It won't let me log in, so I tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it.

I was unable to purchase even after my trial ended. I tried several methods, including using the mobile app and the desktop. Then, I tried pay pal, then using a debit card. All of these failed. They also charged me an additional 91p for the test. TACHOGRAM SORT THIS AND I WILL MODIFY MY REVIEW.

It displays useless information and shows data that was not entered as serious. For example, my Digi doesn't ask for country at the start or end of my truck. There are 22 violations it showed in the last month, none of which is serious. I found them accidentally, but I haven't been able to locate them in the app. Jesus, you know which ones should be sticking out. Once it expires, you won't get a resubscription.

No problem if you buy an usb device. After you create an account, you will get a 30 day trial. However, pricing information is not available. Perhaps after you have already entered your card details and paid for the item. A basic purchase, like my friend's, gives you a subscription that allows for 1 card download. If I want to access the card of my brother, then I can only do so from his account and device. You can get a legitimate device for as low as 300, which allows you to download multiple cards or truck files. There are no subs.

It is disappointing that the monthly charge EUR3.99 for it to be used to store files only, but I wouldn't buy it if I knew. It is disgusting that they charge such a high monthly fee. I will be searching for either a paid app or an app that charges a single fee.

It was good, but it is very annoying! It was useful for downloading the card. However, I received an email each day for approximately a month with my expiry date. This meant that my card would be expired in a month. It hadn't. I contacted support but they couldn't help. The card was expired and the card was changed to the new one.

The app has just gotten worse. I purchased the card reader for 20 EUR and it still works. This useless app is not for guys. I also found out that subscriptions are required. It's a huge NO for me.
