Tanda - Employee Scheduling App App For Windows

The February 2022 update did not fix any problems, but it is a GUI makeover. It's still garbage. It's difficult to tell whether I am punched in or out. Over 90% of the times I cannot tell if it's time to clock in or out. It will only work if it isn't clocked in or out. This app bugs force me to keep track of all my punch times.

Worst App ever. It crashes constantly and never loads. This app crashes each time I attempt to use it. REPLY BACK : I reached out to customer service but no acknowledgment was made or any improvement has been made to the app. Even worse, the app also affected my phone. This is not only me; it affects my coworkers, who have their own phones. It is absolutely the worst app I have ever used and crashes my phone every time. If I had the option, I'd uninstall this app immediately.

It is absolutely horrible. It only works about 15% of the times. I had to uninstall it and then reinstall. It works occasionally, but it is great. It almost never does work. This is especially frustrating when you are trying to choose a shift. You can either clock in, or just get it to open.

It was fixed so that I could see when I began my break. The timesheet tab does not show the exact times that my roster states I should start and end (same shift tab), so I have to check in/out at different times. My manager trusted the app, so I lost about half an hour of wages. I'm not happy.

The new app is a problem for me. I would add that efficiency is what you should be focusing on when using an app such as this. It is important to see the most relevant information on the screen. Don't be distracted by screen transitions or pretty colors. It takes a long time to load the app between screens. This is frustrating for staff who have to approve timesheets individually. To avoid any accidents, it is important to remove all getures.

The new version is an inexplicable disgrace. As a manager, the "old" version had everything that I needed. It's now a mess of tap, scroll and tap until the end. It was so easy to use and work with. Don't fix it. You can get rid of "pretty", and make it work on Android and iPhone. Instead of focusing on fixing the prettiest things, why not allow the developers to do the same?

Users who were used to the older UI will find it very boring. The interface is difficult to use and overwhelming. Even the fonts are large. The old UI was easy to use and all the information was within reach. Everything was also easily accessible. Some buttons aren't functional. The red feedback button to the right, "copy calendar link", says that it has been copied but doesn't work. Please switch to UI (Android 11/12).

Although it was once so easy to use, the new update looks much better but is much more difficult to use. It's annoying when you depend on it multiple times per day. It's actually more annoying, it is slow and glitchy between screens. It's shocking how contrasty some areas can be-yellow text on white backgrounds with lemon text boxes! It's hard to read! It is impossible to mark staff's shift as "cannot work", and then offer the shift to others. I will have to visit the website for that. I hope they won't do that.

The updated version represents a huge downgrade. We have the option of using the older version. No longer able to see breaks. No longer able to see the hours of the day. No longer able to set the start day for the week. The load time for the weekly roster is much slower. You can't change what screen is displayed first. You can no longer swipe between the weekly rosters. Instead, you must press a small arrow. Although the interface is cleaner, it has less usability and lower efficiency.

This new update is not what I expected. It's formatted poorly and should be improved. It was nice that all of my shifts could be seen on one screen. It's now slow to switch screens and scrolling is an unnecessary waste of time. It's difficult to understand the entire layout.

The app worked perfectly before this update. Tanda's attempt to modernize the app and make it more user-friendly and densely packed with information, has resulted in a loss of ease and functionality. My previous shifts were displayed compactly in weeks. Now each one is displayed in an excessively large box and is displayed in two weeks. This means that I spend a lot of time scrolling to find the day I worked. The text is light grey in the smallest font. There are many more issues.

The new update is a pain. It's so confusing. It's difficult to locate features in the app, and animations make it slower. Tanda doesn't know his user base from a UI perspective. Tanda's information fonts and layout make it difficult to read, whereas in the past update I could see all of the info at once. It is a terrible update. It feels as if the layout was changed by a student at uni, but it got published anyway.

This app has been my favorite for over half a decade. It doesn't work with my Samsung Galaxy S7 phone. I recently bought a new smartphone. It crashes every time I attempt to log into it. It crashes every time I try to log in. However, nothing seems to be working. Although this is most likely a problem with the device, I wanted to let you know for any other Galaxy S7 owners out there.

I had a very mixed experience. It was very difficult for me to log in the first time I used Tanda. My experience was a breeze once I had logged in. The experience was amazing! It is now impossible to log into Tanda. I have contacted my Tanda managers and the Tanda team to request a password reset. My password has been reset 4 times! I can still not log in.

It is confusing and slow to navigate the new layout. It looks as though the new layout was designed to be more appealing to kids and it has lost the simplicity that makes the app great. The original 5 star rating was for the app. It said that it is "very helpful" and could upload my work schedule to my calendar. You can also see the work schedule of others and get updates almost immediately in an emergency.
