It would probably be better to have an app that has the link to your website on it. The app will refresh and remove any inputs when you attempt to login using stored passwords. You can not verify any code by getting a text message. It will then reset your app.

It was okay, despite all the negative reviews. But, like many others, I couldn't log in. In the employee guide that I was sent, there is a brief note regarding the app and how to get support. The employee guide suggests that you uninstall and then reinstall the app. If this fails, the standard web interface should be used. It's pretty useless.

worst app I've seen. No security. App doesn't respond to my requests. You have to submit a request every day. It is so ridiculous. I hope my company finds a better app. This app's last update was two years ago. They don't intend to improve the app.

App won't allow me to log in..it doesn't have a place to reset passwords or change your password. It asks you to reset your password every 90 days. This app is useless. There is also no contact information for support.

Help! Although I was able to use the app from my smartphone without any problems, my supervisor said that it wasn't possible for me to see all of my hours over the week so I downloaded the app. Both are now blocked! It is so frustrating. It is not something I like.

Every time I attempt to clock in/out, it tells me I'm not in my correct location. This is because I am standing inside the building. My supervisors don't know how to fix this. If the mobile app doesn't work, why bother with convenience in a mobile application? It also messed up my time by saying I punched in when I wasn't.

Won't even login. What's the FroYo UI? Is there a way to get something newer than 2010? I believe this app will not be updated again after reading the comments. Terrible

I was prompted to do so after hearing many employee complaints. The website works perfectly. This is my best point. I am both surprised and disappointed. I will definitely discuss other options with my team of leaders.

Isn't able to login using finger print. Doesn't remember my device. There is no forgot password feature. For easy login, I simply go to the site.

This company product has no security. No other app or website shows you your SSN and banking account details right there ?!?!. The app is so child-friendly! If I had to, I would give it zero stars.

Although it works, I have to admit that the password change process is difficult or impossible.

Doesn't work well. It doesn't support app fill password managers. Logs you out every time you switch between apps. To view your paychecks, you will need to enter your password again (an unnecessary security measure). Requires major updates to keep up to date with the latest devices features (ex. fingerprint login).

There have been no significant improvements in the first year. WHY DON'T YOU RESPOND! This APP CAN BE USE TO PREVENT DIGITAL ABUSE! Please fix this flaw! We are being forced to use paperless because my employer decided to become paperless. At the very least, it should be capable of remembering me from my personal devices. This is not user-friendly. It is actually quite frustrating.

The app is useless. It's complete junk. Evidently, the developer isn't concerned since it hasn’t been updated for almost eight months.
