Uniden ProHD for PC

The cameras were a present. It's starting to make me think that the person who gave me this camera doesn't really like me. It's a garbage app! The app doesn't let me view my camera on my smartphone when I'm not at home. The connection is always lost. It can only be viewed if you are connected to Wi Fi. You need to update it like yesterday.

The biggest waste of money. The only time I use it is when the computer won't start. It is best to return the item before it's too late.

The app has been working fine for me over the past 3-4 years. It works perfectly.

This app is what I use. According to the booklet, I should use Guardian wired.

It was terrible. My UI crashed and my software is not up to date.

I just purchased this tablet and it wouldn't work. I called CS and they told me a 6.0 was needed. Now it won't work. CS works 9-5 m.f. so no help. im so upset. It was a complete waste of money and time. CS claimed that the Pro HD was the best, but now there is nothing.

It fails to connect more than it can. It is compatible with Uniden G6440D1 and it locks up, so you need to restart the computer. When it works, it's fine.

It doesn't connect. The camera's pictures are amazing, but the app that allows you to check what is going on in your phone doesn't work. The app will not work when I am within walking distance of my home. If it doesn't work when I'm at home, what is the point? It's useless! It's ineffective !!!! It's useless! I won't recommend the Uniden brand to anyone. Uniden will be discontinued when my systems are changed.

It works. If you are not as technical-minded as me, then find someone who is. I would definitely recommend it, as long as the setup is done correctly

Never have I ever written an app review. So consider yourself lucky. This app is one of the most infuriating. Uniden, this is a horrible product that has lost a customer.

Like so many other posters, Unidentified customer non service is NOT help. I purchased the UDVR-85-8. The app crashed as soon as I tried to open it. They claimed that they could not help me with my problems and couldn't help. You can't buy anything else than Unidentified! !

Although it's great to log in and view my activities, this is not enough to provide mobile alerts. This app drains the battery pretty quickly when it isn't in use. To prevent excessive battery consumption, the background process must be stopped.

Everytime it crashes, now. I have never been happier with a product. Cameras don't work with smartphones, but they do on PC. I spent $400 to get your product. Uniden was once a good company, but now it is pathetic. It's time for some new radios, i believe.

It won't open. The app that came with my camera doesn't work. I am not happy

The popup window was too short for me to tell you that the app wouldn't load. I tried to uninstall apps to free up storage/memory/bandwidth but was not successful. Although the app worked on my iPhone, it was very poorly designed. This system is not recommended for anyone who wants to purchase it. It cost us $200 less than others, and we will return it.
